Thomas and Percy were helping the workmen improving parts of the branch line. One of these was installing a gate at Crowes Farm crossing but Percy was complaining about the heat and Thomas was loosing patience and the old windmill gave Thomas the idea to spook Percy.

That was a great ghost story. Percy getting spooked and then Thomas. I loved Thomas's sudden exit from the crossing. I cannot wait for the next one 😀.
