Definitely my best video uploaded as of yet, this was one of the longest videos to edit and I do apologise for the late upload, but it's finally here! This video is a demonstration of my current understanding and editing skills and I'm pretty proud with how it turned out, although I was lacking sound effects I could use, other than that, I'm really happy with this upload!
This video is a fairly long video on Evade's pretty major issue for the past year and a half, that being complications with basically every update Oster and Beef work on. Hopefully the issue resolves after the whole Overhaul ordeal.
It's really sad to wait more than 12 days for a single news from Oster, even though he said it would never happen again. I hope the delayed Halloween update arrives
Yep! There really hasn't been anything said by Oster regarding both the Parity and After Hallows update, hopefully this changes soon.
Overhaul was meant to come during 2023 ranging from November to December but when they fully released it to the public, some people complained (additionally many bugs) about the update. And it was a massive issue, so the owners of evade decided to delay it but it didn't release at all now on 2024 which is a massive issue since it has been 1 year+ since the owners had been planning the evade overhaul release, since then overhaul hadn't released YET(w/o parity update).

Overhaul is literally chaotic, Every single update gets delayed because of it. However I'm still patient, Oster and Beef are students anyway. Schoolwork and other stuff might be exhausting but I'll wait for these two to update evade into overhaul!
Yep, I'm sure the Parity update will include a new Overhaul feature added! Hopefully..
Something that I want Evade to do is if they cannot get or make the overhaul, I hope they will update some of the laggy maps and try to add something more like emote or characters so they can feel a bit better and the important is if the overhaul is not yet been great, try to find the way to make some update in the game...
Yep, they're introducing culling, an optimisation feature coming with Overhaul to make the game more playable on low end devices. I've made a video covering that!

Wait a minute so overhaul is taking too long because it got delayed and there were so many bugs and it was even too late to fix everything right?
Also I didn't know that summer update was announced that it will release soon but it got cancelled

It’s making me very bored and kind of angry because evade overhaul has been delayed for 6 months and it’s very ridiculous and annoying.
It's definitely frustrating for the majority of the playerbase, though hopefully after the whole Overhaul ordeal we won't have to deal with something like this again!

Overhaul got released, but it got a lot of hate because of the movements, after that, it got a rework. That's why it didn't release.
We know this, but taking more than 6 months to correct movements is annoying and at the same time sad for those who wait.
it didn't fully release because it wasn't ready, it wasn't just the movement-the whole thing was buggy and other factors such as the new lobby and movement were controversial. on top of all the bugs, the game was also not well optimized; it crashed the servers and people would be complaining about various things, hence what forced beef and oster to revert the update and postpone the release.
everything was happening all at once and it was too overwhelming for the both of them, so the safest choice was to revert it back.
overhaul is full of known and unknown bugs, and releasing it all at once is risky, which is why they're slowly transitioning the game
The biggest issue is when i join the game and its frozen it just take me out of roblox it didnt uninstall roblox it just exit me out idk what is happening rn
That's a shame, are you playing on a lower end device by chance? Hopefully it fixes with the additions of optimisations to Evade.

when my brother showed me overhaul was here I was soo exsited to play on the weekend but it delay.. I was really sad and holloween also delayed so so so sad :( :( :( :( :(
At least Overhaul is now guaranteed to come the next few months luckily. Hopefully the Parity update comes soon too!

@@Squishto worst part, i played evade until i became a level 119, but now its just... boring. soo i may've just given up on evade :(
I understand this one and I can understand many players have waited for that but still didn't get that overhaul... Also, many people on mobile (phones, tablets) used to play but they sometimes lag and yes evade has been upgraded I see. They update the timer, add the bots and more. But something that the players want is updated but this is the problem that makes them upset...

I noticed something in evade might only happen for me but for some reason I can't talk in chat i mean it appears but not above my head anyone got some idea im mobile and I am not laggy

I myself personally have never come across this issue, though hopefully in the Overhaul, some bugfixing will be done to tackle it.
The editing of this video is fire but being honest, its been like 5 months since they last released overhaul (in octo for 8 mins i think? Then they shut down cuz of bug) and they r still fixing it?? Like how many bugs were in that game and how did all of those went unnoticed😭
I'm glad you loved the editing and I hope you enjoyed the video! Unfortunately, it probably appears to be really bad, the amount of bugs. When April fool's released with the mini story that contained overhaul elements, there were a lot of bugs.. So it's likely they still have a lot of work to do.
On top of that, a lot of bugs only appeared when thousands of players played the game, and not during their play testing.

Once the whole Overhaul ordeal settles down, hopefully the developers can get back to releasing frequent updates on time.

@@Squishto Obviously they have the courage to congratulate Oster but they don't have the courage to give news about Parity update, they are lazy they don't care at all about their games
