How to Record a PowerPoint Presentation (with audio and video) - Bonus Tutorial

In this Bonus Tutorial I will not only show you how to record your PowerPoint Presentation, and how to export the recording to a video format. But I will also go deeper into the other functions inside the Recording Tab.
Within the Recording tab PowerPoint allows you to perform certain functions outside of the program. I will show you how to perform screenshots of not only your presentation, but outside PowerPoint, such as photos or shots of other programs.
Always wanted a screen capture program but could not afford one. If you have PowerPoint, you can perform screen capture of not only PowerPoint but also other programs. It might not be as good as Camtasia, Snagit, and others, but it is free with PowerPoint 365.
The Recording tab also allows you to import video and audio. You can also Save as Show so you can share your presentation with others. And an Export to Video link.
