The Bilibili director also said that during the performance of 'This is Me', he deliberately left the stage bare i.e. no dancers or theatrics. He wanted nothing else to distract from Zhou Shen and his voice.
The director who was incharge of the entire bili bili performance love zhoushen. He mention that they choose this is me is not only loved by zhoushen but also it shows zhoushen's original training in classical music so why not sing a song with classical music and also this side of zhoushen. However the director did mention due to the long hours of rehearsal the final recording(the one we r all watching) was done after midnight this zhoushen couldnt hit some of the high notes like during the rehearsal, so he said one of the sad thing about this is that zhoushen's rehearsal was soooooo good that even the orchestral group clap as well after he sang finish. But sadly during the final recording he was too tried to fully recreate the exact same way as the rehearsal but he still did really well 😂😂
