Cooking recipe and ingredients:
Potatoes 600 gr.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
Boil the potatoes until soft.
Red cabbage 300gr.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
Leave it while we do the rest.
1 onion.
Pour boiling water over it to soften the taste.
The potatoes are ready.
Pour cold water over potatoes.
This makes it easier to peel the potatoes!
Pickled cucumbers 6 pcs.
Potatoes are very easy to peel.
Canned peas 200 gr.
Let's make homemade mayonnaise.
Sunflower oil 200ml.
1 egg.
sugar 1 teaspoon.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
Bavarian mustard 1 tablespoon.
Mix well with a mixer.
2 cloves of garlic.
1/2 lemon juice.
Mix well with a mixer.
Add mayonnaise and mix!

Можно лук не заливать кипятком , а соединить с огурцами и добавить немного сахара. Пока нарезаются другие ингредиенты , лук промаринуется . А в конце добавить в общую массу.
