I'm impressed with man but more impressed by God of the California wilderness ie Ishi Wilderness etc. Combing both is key 🗝️🔐

believing rules alone (or a rule based system) will constrain an authoritarian regime is as good as believing negotiation is capable of talking Putin out of Ukraine.

I would disagree with building schools first. When you build roads, you connect very rural areas with cities. A very harsh example is the Balochistan province in Pakistan. Before 2014, the United States never gave any thought to this region. Now, China has built roads under CPEC. This has changed the situation in an enormous way I guess, but I am not sure since I haven't visited. Before 2014, my brother in Pakistan told me that he went to Balochistan for mining for lots of time. He saw people who weren't even knew that light the bulb even exist. Sure in that region in those times, landlords would have castigated people for the crime of receiving an education. In 2010 on the Geo TV program, there was a girl in the program 50 minutes. This 10-year-old Baloch girl was consistently getting rapped by landlords. Worst President Regan and President Zia made Bhugthi (a very tyrant landlord) as chief minister for that province. Well, I contacted the 50 minutes program people and offered them to find someone to adopt that girl since I had studied Paralegals in Dallas Colleges. Though in 2010, I was in Pakistan. I couldn't help this girl because I was in financial problems myself. I hope the host would since he studied in New York as well. I don't know what happened to that girl after that. There were many people in the show who wanted to adopt her. However, Baloch landlords said that they will kill anyone who try to adopt her.
