for those of you who haven't come out to the parents but want to bind I would recommend putting a sports bra on then putting a sports bra on backwards!
They sell a new type of sports bra called “compression sports bra”. If you have a smaller chest A to almost B, the compression sports bra will give you a fairly flat chest. However, if you have a panic disorder, they it might not work as they are fairly tight.
I'm very late but for anyone that sees this,please don't do that. It's very dangerous. It restricts your breathing. Granted,not as much as a binder but it isn't built to make your chest flat. I highly recommend going through the appropriate channels to flatten your chest

I wore my binder for a mouth straight like to sleep and stuff and I took it off to compare it to the gc2b ones. And I released I had huge bruises and sores on my chest and under it! My bf, he is also trans, yelled at me for not listening when he tells me to take it off. But...I learned my lesson haha 😅

I find that wearing a compression top/rashguard helps flatten my chest even more, and I have a muscle tank version which I can wear without my binder showing. I also have a T shirt version, which is also good. It's also just good for hot weather or as an undershirt/vest for me.
I'm going to try to get a binder (Or enough money for one) for my birthday in two months! I've noticed that underworks binders are a little more expensive than some other binders. Is it worth the extra money to go for underworks binders?
Thats awesome! I have not had a binder yet :( but from my nonbinary friend they say that underworks works best for smaller and larger chests, and gc2b is for more average chests. Do not get a cheap amazon or wish binder they are terrible and do not stretch and you will not be able to breathe. Good luck!

KENNEDEATH I’m also a 32 C and 5’0, and I got a large binder for my friend who is 36 C (& 5’4) .. but when I tried on the large to stretch it out for them before they received it, it fit quite perfectly (which was surprising, but it wasn’t loose or anything.. it fit perfectly)

+EnterTaine me too, but I try not to take it too personal since I know cis guys with long hair get mistaken for girls a lot as well. Wearing a SnapBack makes it 100 x better though, for some reason, people don't question me as much when I'm wearing a SnapBack. I think it's cause of the whole skater vibe it gives off. With my hair I usually just tuck it behind my ears and comb it back in the front and it works pretty well for me. Don't worry about appearing masculine, you already look super rad, if anyone says otherwise they're clearly the problem, not you.

I don't know if gc2b has changed their tank lengths or something, or maybe it's just because I'm chubby but I'm a 4'10" guy and my size L white and grey tanks are both only hip-length on me and I have an issue occasionally with them coming out of the top of my jeans (which I wear at the waist) so..?

hey, I'm 5'1 and I'm a medium! :) It doesn't only have to do with your chest - I for example have a pretty average chest size, but I have a rather broad torso. If your measurements say medium, that's what is going to fit you the best. If not, you can always return it and ask for another size. good luck with finding a binder!

Apperently gc2b works really well for bigger people too. And I know this doesn't sound so helpful and will take a lot of work and time, but losing weight actually helps you (personally I lost quite a lot of weight and my boobs didn't bother me that much anymore since they got a lot smaller).

Both gc2b & Underworks ship their binders worldwide, but there is also a newer company based in the UK called Spectrum Outfitters that make binders identical to gc2b. I personally have not purchased a binder from Spectrum Outfitters, so I cannot give you much insight on the company as a whole, but it may be something that works out better for you based on your location.

I recently got a GC2B binder and found that the fabric of the neck sits really high on my shoulders, and sometimes shows even under T-shirts. When it doesn't, it's always very close to the neck. Do you have this problem with the GC2B? Is it a problem with the Underworks one, too?

They said in the beginning that a C to a DD? More so, that's about the range that they're in.

Im pretty sure the mesh goes on the back and the non stretchy part goes over the chest.
