Great Video! I just started playing this game again 1 week ago after watching your storm works train vids which got me inspired again. By the way, if you go into settings, there's a place where it will list all of the keyboard hotkeys for controlling your locomotive and I think you can change them if you want to. I'm excited to see what comes next!

The sound design on these games are pretty amazing. Right down to the Poppet valves when the engines are just sitting. Only problem I find is it is very linear. I've always preferred the Trainz series as it feels a little more open and the surveyor editing controls are far superior and easy to use. Built the KWVR and the NYMR a few years ago. Just getting back into Trainz with Trainz: A new era. Certainly not a perfect game but still enjoyable.
Been playing since it came out on console! Actually live along one of the lines! Great to see some more train content!

Are you just really in to trains lately? It's okay, I am too.
Just to let you know NJ, some missions especially the CSX heavy haul missions can be 2 hours or even more! Most missions are usually 30 minutes to an hour though.
Does CSX has red signal stoppages in the middle of the game or is it like the last stoppage is the redsignal
and when you said "it's a pity the train brake isnt a hotkey" it is on the keyboard i think it's either the brackets or the quotation mark and semi colon mark buttons
The apostrophe or ' button, as instructed in-game here: 17:36 I can see how he missed it but there it is.
EDIT: Further tip, in train games where ' increases the brake, the ; key generally reduces it.

After some of this you should play X-plane 11 or Prepared. i think you would be good at flight simulation

I'm so confused. I've been stuck on a moving train to London for 10 mins with no end in sight. I can roll down a window but it won't stop or let me bail out. Idk what type of training this is but nobody looks happy to be on this train
there are hot keys for breaks and a bunch of other stuffs like cameras and doors etc...

Aha, train sim world, have already owned the game and few DLCs for a while, my favourite locomotive is BR 182 Euro Sprinter, which have very unique VVVT sound at the early stage of acceleration. Would be a nice try.

Meerkat Gaming i partially agree with that as i also like the Stormworks series but when your watching it it can get a bit bland if you watch it constantly so im fine either way

Im not a train engineer, i dont know anything about trains except that i love them. I really have 0 idea how to play this. My train literally will not move forward and i dont know why, i followed the narrator to the lever but he is no help at all
Please sir, tell me how I can purchase a train in this game on Xbox! I lost $100 to buy one, and it didnt even give me anything.
So this game was cool until i discovered there is no red signal to stop around for other trains to cross by. In other words red signal are only at station stops and no where else :(

I am truly disappointing wit Train Sim World and with Dovetail games
I don't know about you, but all of their games are just demo with 100s or even 1000s of Pounds worth of DLC to make their games even a fraction of what a game should be.
To put this in prospective, you would be paying over 24 Pounds for 3 locomotives, one map and a few wagons. But if you paid 451 pounds you would unlock all of the trains and maps this game has to offer... Ridiculous!
Sorry for the rant, but I enjoyed the vid, keep up the good work!
