It looks like it defeats the point of fishing but you have to realized if you're dropping and reeling in a heavy fish/sinker from 200-300 ft deep...try that all day and see how NOT fun that becomes.
i know. i love fishing but whats the point of fishing if your not the one enjoying the fight but i would understand if its a job but if its for the thrill then why would you be enjoying the fight
