Pozole is made in all the states in Mexico but each region makes it different that’s the beauty of Mexico, it can be one dish but every region makes it different venture out of your way your know your typical dish. I used to think the same I’m like my mom makes the best mole but there are different types of mole and all have different flavor profile.

I make Pozole like your grandma. :) Every Mexican place I've been to always has a lighter color/more broth-like. My Mexican dude prefers mine too. His grandma makes it the way I make it as well. The pizza looks soooooo good!!

Nothing tops a grandma's cooking, before my great grandma died in her (at 92) she would still make an entire Thanksgiving dinner every year and it was amazing 🤤 whenever we visited she also always had cookies for us
