One of my favourite things about this show and the portrayal of the characters is the emotional intelligence -- man, they express feelings well! It makes me feel all the things. This project is the other side of Mel and Jack's relationship...The different things they walked through without the other, and then the melding of how their stories come together and how they heal each other. It gets me right in the gut. (Couch cough...this was all written with just the 1st and 2nd season in mind...then it went downhill, don't even get me started!)

The on air chemistry between these 2 actors is amazing to watch . I feel it’s real at times
IMHO: It's absolutely real . . . that's one of the reasons this show is so popular.
These 2 actors have genuine "passion" for each other; it's as if we're all peeking
through our neighbor's window.
I think this kind of relationship is not easy to find in real life, but... I also believe that is not impossible.❣

I would like to know Jacks story. "I have buried people that I have loved.". I know those in the war can't help wonder who else he might be referring to. This character is so multi-dimentional. Can't wait for season 3 and beyond.
