NWM 12-Hour Rapid Onset Flooding Probability

The NOAA National Water Model (NWM) 12-hour Rapid Onset Flooding Probability service can be used, over the NWM short-range forecast period, to determine the chance of high water in a river basin or reach and to help forecasters ascertain confidence levels when issuing warnings.
