Strange, I have no few problems getting new from various countries around the world. I even got local news of my country from a guy 7 thousand miles away long before it appeared on my local bbc channel The trick is not to assume BBC is correct at any time which infers it is not honest.. I tend to check out various chanels from around the world on some stories BBC pump out. I believe they must be unbiased and not advertise, but they continue to bring in people that constantly advertise products..

I think that a lot of people became tired of the traditional news agencies, they became more like magazines & started to tell us what & how to think. Then along came President Trump crying “Fake News”. That’s ingenuous of him as he also likes to play smoke & mirrors.

I find some sectors of the media outside the uk are not so carefull but then again all media in ANY country is only as good as its sources reporters editors owners and prejudices allow it to be. The block of flats that got burned down should be a wake up call for the government, and they should get a system for high story buildings where you have to sign in and out so they can tell who is in there or not in case of a fire like we have seen, it would give the fire services and ambulance services a rough idea of how big of a scale what they are dealing with and can act accordingly on what floors have people in and what hasn't, terrible incident and i hope it doesn't happen again.. my thoughts and prayers to all of the victims and suffering..
