Vinyl vs CD, there's no comparison, you have to be in the room to know what im talking about. Years ago did a very high end comparison of the two, with CD you could always tell where the speakers were, with vinyl, the living/dining room/kitchen was just filled with rich lucious sound and you couldn't tell where the sound source was coming from. i wouldn't have believed it if i hadn't heard it.
Just ran across this 2 part vid. Thanks for sharing. Nice looking table from Mc. Just bought a used copy of that Ella Fitz LP that you played at the end. So a big thanks for that!

At least Mcintosh got the right company (ClearAudio) to make their turntable. Great Video!!

sounds incredible
Don’t think I would leave the house for the first 2 weeks after I got this turntable
I'd really like to see the turntable switch from off to on to see how it powers up. Does the belt slip?
Nice!!
dinner is served
Sounds almost as good as my Ella CD, not quite but almost.
Who drops $7000 on a turntable and have to look up UA-cam to set it up and what kind of dealer doesn't provide this service?
Imagine owning one of these and one of your drunk friends takes a record and starts doing deejay scratches on it
