since ive read this verse about end times, Ive always wondered what is it like for love to grow cold esp in our times. i never thought it would be about lawlessness arrogance which was beautifully explained by john piper. its actually evident nowadays and I just felt this affirmation to abide in the law and not be swayed by what the world says. be strong in our convictions but lets not hate our brothers as well. beautiful beautiful preaching of God's word. God is amazing
Yh, me too, I thought lawlessness meant violence, that people would simply leave the church because of persecution, but God has proven that He can keep us through that. This explanation does match what we see in the world better, right now in the west, but there is still much to think about.
Life is all about "Free Will" . What will we do with it. Turn to God or turn away from God. That is why satans cult of Calvinism fights to brain wash people people to accept they have no free will. Earth is a testing ground to determine who will or will not have eternal life in Heaven. Its that simple. You may like this . Deuteronomy 13:3 5 The Lord saw how great the wickedness of the human race had become on the earth, and that every inclination of the thoughts of the human heart was only evil all the time. 6 "The Lord regretted" that he had made human beings on the earth, and his heart was deeply troubled. Genesis 6:5-6 9 When Jesus heard this, "he was amazed" at him, and turning to the crowd following him, he said, “I tell you, I have not found such great faith even in Israel.” 10 Then the men who had been sent returned to the house and found the servant well. Luke 7:9-10 4 Jesus said to them, “A prophet is not without honor except in his own town, among his relatives and in his own home.” 5 He could not do any miracles there, except lay his hands on a few sick people and heal them. 6 "He was amazed" at their lack of faith. Mark 6:4-7 The words and phrases are crystal clear, directly communicated from Gods Word to mans ears. Only a person with a false agenda would twist them to conform to their church tradition. “nor did it enter my mind” “and perhaps” “to find out” “the Lord regretted” “he was amazed” “He was amazed” These are Gods Words to us and we must trust them to be true! In no way am I saying God is not as great as He is, or limited in any way! God by his Sovereign will has given to mankind and angels “Free Will” knowing full well that there would be unknowable consequences. Just as you knowing by observation of you children growing up you can pretty well guess what they will do in any situation. You cannot know for certain. It is the same with what God is saying to us in His Word. Its that very attitude that had John Calvin come up with his poison doctrine. If God knows every detail of every evil act and every choice then God must be the cause and we are all simply mindless puppets ! No this is a devils lie. If it were true we were not made in the image of God, a creative thinking being with the gift of free will. God's Word will not be broken! TRUTH IN LOVE
My prayer is I repent immediately and with an urgency when lawlessness rises up and tries to take center stage of my heart and mind. Give me your heart, LORD! Even so Lord JESUS come quickly.
People do not love as say even ten years ago, a lot of bad situations have happened in short time and people are getting very worn,and this is a big test where we have to go past the happenings and hold onto love in our hearts 🙏
And what else? What of parents who hate their children? Fathers who just leave? Moms who get abortions? Moms who look at the children to whom they gave birth - and throw them in a trashcan or drive them into a lake? What of people who divorce so casually divorce or who don't marry in the first place? What of children who abandon parents to nursing homes? What of those who kill their elders because they are sick and slowly dying? Would not things like this speak of love that has grown cold?
Theese awful things you point out have always been present😰. Therefore, I find Piper’s explanation very well explained. I never thought about the love Jesus spoke about pertaining to Christians, but it makes so much sense. God keep us in His love and help us all♥️♥️♥️

Before the Internet, knowledge of what was going on across the world, even in our own nation, was much more limited. The exchange of ideas and cultural influence was much harder to do back then. Yes, times are indeed looking very much like Jesus stated in Matthew 24. However, "there is nothing new under the sun." Birth pangs come in waves. Throughout history, there are times of intense evil and then a brief time of peace. We appear to be in the next contraction, so to speak.

As long as you believe in God you haven’t lost his wonderful son which is Jesus Christ. You believe in Jesus Christ and like it says in John 14:6 that no one can reach the father except through the son. I pray in Jesus Name he permeates and renews your heart and mind my brother! It's great to see someone using the tools that God has gifted you with. You are spreading words that many of us need to hear, God always gives us ways to reach someone when they need it. I am trying to work up the courage for me to use my instruments and share my testimony.. it's been difficult doing so, because when I have spoken up in the past, the reactions I would be met with took me by surprise. Great conversation and some great observations. It seems very relevant today, with the polarization and hatred and dividing of the US and even the world as we look at Roe V Wade and how much hatred and division come out of it.
It feels like I’m incapable of salvation. I think I’m unsavable. I feel like some deceit or something wrong in my heart makes me inherently unlovable to God and is an inevitable rejection. One minute I think I’m saved and the next I’m thinking I’m just deceived and am still doing some unknown thing that means I’m really not saved. It’s literally torturing me.
You are loved with an everlasting love. Jesus took your punishment on the cross, you receive only love from God once you put your faith in Jesus (which you have!). Read His Word. The truth will set you free.
I think this has happened to me but I’ve been a believer for a year. I want to submit and have received the Holy Spirit but want to reverse this I lived a life with Jesus and he is so merciful and loving. Please pray for me 🙏🏼💗
I struggle to do good always so because I fail, eg gossip/slander, am I going to Hell? Doesnt He cover my sin? Or is there a difference to loving disobedience n trying to not be disobedient. Hope that makes sense.
@@michellegower1259 hey Michelle! The Bible says that we all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. So basically everybody struggles with sin. Even believers. The difference is we have the power by the holy Spirit to resist our sin. If we know Jesus and have put our faith and trust in him completely. So if you feel God is convicting you of sin in your life Seek his face and ask him to forgive you and change you and take that sin away. The scriptures say if we confess our sins he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.. and as John Piper says we are saved by the gospel and we grow by the gospel and we should always preach to ourselves the gospel that Jesus died for our sins and rose on the third day. When people get mutually unkind, they will not be prone to love others but their close family. And, it is also possible that love for family can likewise disappear. You can observe how cruel people now are and how they seem to enjoy bullying, brutalizing, and persecuting others. And, also, even people who claim to be Christians and "serve" God discourage other believers because of their utter lack of compassion or display thereof.
The author is wrong. The Lawlessness refers to the lack of law being applied to protect the people. When people do not receive justice when they are wronged, they live in a state of lawlessness and thus they give up obeying the law. So first it is people not receiving justice and THEN the lawlessness comes and THEN comes the cold hearts. Cold Hearts are because people feeling powerless to stop all the death and violence around them and thus to keep from going insane with grief they turn their emotions off (if you have been in New York City, then you have seen a microcosm of this...and it is spreading even to rural communities). Politicians never get punished, murders rarely get arrested, the wealthy lie and steal, the poor are always blamed for every failure, thieves get rich, and cowards are rewarded with leadership positions even into the highest echelons of business and government. = Lawlessness
Daniel Carter, You’re absolutely right! The government has become lawless. It’s always been corrupt, and getting worse! Government is honestly the enemy of God. They are not good! They are crooks! Who do you think will enforce the mark of the best? Government will! Who do you think will go to war against God? Government will! What many fail to understand regarding anything related to the Last Days is that it is not merely the presence, but the frequency and intensity of any given curse/sign which matters. Yes, there is disease, war, faime, lawlessness littered throughout all human history- but has it increased? Could your grandparents comfortably live in our society and say, "all is well"? Children used to be able to play in our streets- now they are gunned down or stolen by hateful men and women with hearts of stone.....

Mat5:3-16 revealed so much knowledge, and, tragically, the Christian world has not given it due emphasis. Mat5:12 reveals the pathway to heavenly rewards. Nowhere in the New Testament exists such a comprehensive list (narrated in Mat5:3-11) and directly connects them to eternal rewards. Jesus is essentially saying you will become like me, conform to my image. This claim is apparent because Jesus later revealed Himself as the Light of the world in John8:12. This knowledge defines the amorphous desires professed by Christians that desire to be like Jesus. And Lastly, Jesus defined good works in Mat5:16. This good work is a source of glory for Father God. Suffering, according to Mat5:3-11, is the very definition of Good works according to God's yardstick. Missing the above knowledge has been causing fruitless pursuits of other lesser forms of good works. It is also a source of many versions of what it means to be transformed into Christ's likeness. It is a tragedy not knowing and living the above truths as a Christian. Mat 5:16 - Let your light (light of your suffering for God's sake produced from the life patterned after Mat5;3-11) so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
2 Timothy 3 You can be certain that in the last days there will be some very hard times. 2 People will love only themselves and money. They will be proud, stuck-up, rude, and disobedient to their parents. They will also be ungrateful, godless, 3 heartless, and hateful. Their words will be cruel, and they will have no self-control or pity. These people will hate everything good. 4 They will be sneaky, reckless, and puffed up with pride. Instead of loving God, they will love pleasure. 5 Even though they will make a show of being religious, their religion won't be real. Don't have anything to do with such people.
Hey Steven, just pray and ask God to change you ask for a new heart and a new mind. Remember what he did for you on the cross. Remember that he rose again the third day to take away your sin and rebellion. He gives us the power to love him and hate our sin. We won't be perfect but we will have the Power by the holy Spirit to do what is right and resist temptation when it comes. Jesus has not only saved us from hell but also saved us from our own sinnfulless and rebellion. I think ' the Day' in Hebrews 10v25 is in context of the AD70 judgment that was drawing very near. This overlaps with what Jesus had said in his warning of the destruction of the Temple, Jerusalem and Israel. This also fulfills the 70 weeks of Daniel... the people of the prince ( Titus) who surround Jerusalem. The exhietation/imperative to not forsake the assembling of yourselves then was because God's Judgment was going to fall terribly in Jerusalem, to also bring an end of the Jewish age aka the Old Covenant temple system. In other words God's Judgment was coming to that generation... Therefore stir yourself up to love and good works

We are seeing what it looks like now. We are loving people, not in truth of the Word of God, but a truth that feeds emotion instead. That is cold love. Dead love.
I would say emotional love often naturally goes with Truth. I think this cold love is more false love and more ‘like’. People might have good intentions, but the love is not deep, which would naturally lead way to Truth and Holy Spirit.
Look at so many women demanding and celebrating abortion. Having 65 million abortions over the years. God forgive us. Abortion is love growing very cold.

C.S. Lewis thought he did - and said it was an embarrassment that he didn't physically return when they thought he would.

Our culture has become more and more selfish. Many people come from broken homes and broken relationships. Even in church they come to get and get and get and are insatiable. But when it comes to serve others, they turn a deaf ear. We let a church use our building for free, that we'd just bought. The grounds were infested with weeds, and we worked till we were sore all over. So we pleaded for their help several times. Hardly anyone came to help and if, only for a short time, even though it was important to get the weeds out before they'd spread. They stepped over 3 feet high weeds to enter the building to worship God. Don't bother... God wasn't there. He was outside in the yard, weeping.
'Lawlessness' loses all meaning when those who make the laws and those who follow them the most rigidly are ironically the most active criminals in the world. The laws originate in the same place as all the barbarism, injustice, greed and suffering in this world.

We don’t stop it from growing cold. It’s part of the fall of man and as the end times draw closer it will continue to get worse even to the point of people falling away from the faith altogether. We are, however, commissioned to continue to show the love of Christ through the truth of scripture and continue to pray that He draws more people to Himself. Our testimony of the work of Christ in our own lives to the lost and God working His will around them is the only chance the unbeliever has.
The majority of believers are completely deceived and they do not even understand the difference between love and hate. To them love means acceptance. Many believers still possess sin in their wicked lives and this is why they will try to justify their sin by twisting verses of scripture like 1 John 1:8-10. “If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.” I John 1:8-10 NKJV Since we are all born in sin and in ignorance of God’s word and truth John was relating how anyone who claims that they have never sinned at some time in their life is then deceived and they do not understand the truth that is being related in scripture. John was then saying that if would repent and confess our sins to God then God is faithful to forgive us of our sins and He would then cleanse us from living a sinful and unrighteousness life. John then related that anyone who believes that they have never sinned in this life is then calling God a liar. But nowhere is John ever relating that a believer will always continue to sin or that a believer could never overcome their sins as the children of the devil often desire to believe. Anyone who continues to sin certainly does not understand scripture and they clearly do not believe that it is possible to be living the perfect life that Jesus commanded us to live through His Holy Spirit. “Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.” Matthew 5:48 NKJV Every day I encounter believers who claim that they can never stop sinning and that sickness is just a normal part of a believers life. Clearly these people do not understand that Jesus did not sin nor did Jesus ever get sick and if you were allowing His Holy Spirit to guide you in your life then it would be impossible for you to sin or to get sick as well. And so their own words are proving how they are an unbeliever who belongs to the devil since they are revealing that they will not believe that possessing the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ can keep their wicked soul from sinning. They are revealing that they will not believe that possessing the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ who never got sick and who who removed every type of sickness, disease or disability from everyone who turned to Him in faith can protect their souls from the devil’s afflictions. For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be. So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God.” Romans 8:5-8 NKJV In regards to Romans 3:10 Paul is simply relating that none of us are righteous since we are all born in sin and this is why we needed a savior to teach us how to stop sinning. Romans 3:23 is actually stating the same exact thing since it is relating how we are all born in sin and so we all are falling short of the glory of God. Sometimes these children of the devil will even use Romans 6:23 to justify why they sin and they clearly have no idea that this scripture is relating that if you sin then you will eternally die, hence “the wages of sin is death.” No where are any of these scriptures ever relating that a believer can never stop sinning or will continue to sin though. Some will even try to use 1 John 2:1-2 to try and justify why they still sin. “My little children, these things I write to you, so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous. And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the whole world.” I John 2:1-2 NKJV In the above scripture John is simply relating that because we all will sin that Jesus is the atonement for our sins and He certainly is not relating that we can never stop sinning. And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell.” Matthew 5:29-30 NKJV This is the difference between a believer who is a Christian and a believer who is deceived. A deceived believer thinks that they will always sin and they will always have sickness in their life. A Christian knows they can never sin nor can they ever get sick since they live their life exactly “like Christ.” It is quite evident and quite clear that you are a deceived believer who fell for the devil’s lies and that is why you do not possess the Holy Spirit and that is why you reason the way that you do. Yh, me too, I thought lawlessness meant violence, that people would simply leave the church because of persecution, but God has proven that He can keep us through that. This explanation does match what we see in the world better, right now in the west, but there is still much to think about.
Life is all about "Free Will" . What will we do with it. Turn to God or turn away from God.

People do not love as say even ten years ago, a lot of bad situations have happened in short time and people are getting very worn,and this is a big test where we have to go past the happenings and hold onto love in our hearts 🙏
Look around. These things are already upon us,
And what else? What of parents who hate their children? Fathers who just leave? Moms who get abortions? Moms who look at the children to whom they gave birth - and throw them in a trashcan or drive them into a lake? What of people who divorce so casually divorce or who don't marry in the first place? What of children who abandon parents to nursing homes? What of those who kill their elders because they are sick and slowly dying? Would not things like this speak of love that has grown cold?

Great conversation and some great observations. It seems very relevant today, with the polarization and hatred and dividing of the US and even the world as we look at Roe V Wade and how much hatred and division come out of it.
It feels like I’m incapable of salvation. I think I’m unsavable. I feel like some deceit or something wrong in my heart makes me inherently unlovable to God and is an inevitable rejection. One minute I think I’m saved and the next I’m thinking I’m just deceived and am still doing some unknown thing that means I’m really not saved. It’s literally torturing me.
You are loved with an everlasting love. Jesus took your punishment on the cross, you receive only love from God once you put your faith in Jesus (which you have!). Read His Word. The truth will set you free.

I struggle to do good always so because I fail, eg gossip/slander, am I going to Hell? Doesnt He cover my sin? Or is there a difference to loving disobedience n trying to not be disobedient. Hope that makes sense.
@@michellegower1259 hey Michelle! The Bible says that we all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. So basically everybody struggles with sin. Even believers. The difference is we have the power by the holy Spirit to resist our sin. If we know Jesus and have put our faith and trust in him completely. So if you feel God is convicting you of sin in your life Seek his face and ask him to forgive you and change you and take that sin away. The scriptures say if we confess our sins he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.. and as John Piper says we are saved by the gospel and we grow by the gospel and we should always preach to ourselves the gospel that Jesus died for our sins and rose on the third day. When people get mutually unkind, they will not be prone to love others but their close family. And, it is also possible that love for family can likewise disappear. You can observe how cruel people now are and how they seem to enjoy bullying, brutalizing, and persecuting others. And, also, even people who claim to be Christians and "serve" God discourage other believers because of their utter lack of compassion or display thereof.

The author is wrong. The Lawlessness refers to the lack of law being applied to protect the people. When people do not receive justice when they are wronged, they live in a state of lawlessness and thus they give up obeying the law. So first it is people not receiving justice and THEN the lawlessness comes and THEN comes the cold hearts. Cold Hearts are because people feeling powerless to stop all the death and violence around them and thus to keep from going insane with grief they turn their emotions off (if you have been in New York City, then you have seen a microcosm of this...and it is spreading even to rural communities). Politicians never get punished, murders rarely get arrested, the wealthy lie and steal, the poor are always blamed for every failure, thieves get rich, and cowards are rewarded with leadership positions even into the highest echelons of business and government. = Lawlessness

Mat5:3-16 revealed so much knowledge, and, tragically, the Christian world has not given it due emphasis.
Mat5:12 reveals the pathway to heavenly rewards. Nowhere in the New Testament exists such a comprehensive list (narrated in Mat5:3-11) and directly connects them to eternal rewards. The basis of these rewards in Jesus' words is grounded in suffering persecutions as one pattern their life after Mat5:3-11 that is low in social power as social pariahs of the world.
These rewards are very significant as Jesus placed them on the same standing as the prophets of God.
Mat5:13-16 revealed that such a person (that lives in the order of Mat5:3-11) qualifies as being the salt of the earth and the light of the world. Jesus is essentially saying you will become like me, conform to my image. This claim is apparent because Jesus later revealed Himself as the Light of the world in John8:12.
This knowledge defines the amorphous desires professed by Christians that desire to be like Jesus.
And Lastly, Jesus defined good works in Mat5:16. This good work is a source of glory for Father God. Suffering, according to Mat5:3-11, is the very definition of Good works according to God's yardstick.
Missing the above knowledge has been causing fruitless pursuits of other lesser forms of good works. It is also a source of many versions of what it means to be transformed into Christ's likeness.
It is a tragedy not knowing and living the above truths as a Christian.

Hey Steven, just pray and ask God to change you ask for a new heart and a new mind. Remember what he did for you on the cross. Remember that he rose again the third day to take away your sin and rebellion. He gives us the power to love him and hate our sin. We won't be perfect but we will have the Power by the holy Spirit to do what is right and resist temptation when it comes. Jesus has not only saved us from hell but also saved us from our own sinnfulless and rebellion. I think ' the Day' in Hebrews 10v25 is in context of the AD70 judgment that was drawing very near. This overlaps with what Jesus had said in his warning of the destruction of the Temple, Jerusalem and Israel. This also fulfills the 70 weeks of Daniel... the people of the prince ( Titus) who surround Jerusalem.
The exhietation/imperative to not forsake the assembling of yourselves then was because God's Judgment was going to fall terribly in Jerusalem, to also bring an end of the Jewish age aka the Old Covenant temple system. In other words God's Judgment was coming to that generation... Therefore stir yourself up to love and good works

We are seeing what it looks like now. We are loving people, not in truth of the Word of God, but a truth that feeds emotion instead. That is cold love. Dead love.
I would say emotional love often naturally goes with Truth. I think this cold love is more false love and more ‘like’. People might have good intentions, but the love is not deep, which would naturally lead way to Truth and Holy Spirit.
Look at so many women demanding and celebrating abortion. Having 65 million abortions over the years. God forgive us. Abortion is love growing very cold.
1. After how many years would it be too late to refer to a particular year as having been in the end times?

C.S. Lewis thought he did - and said it was an embarrassment that he didn't physically return when they thought he would.

Our culture has become more and more selfish. Many people come from broken homes and broken relationships. Even in church they come to get and get and get and are insatiable. But when it comes to serve others, they turn a deaf ear. We let a church use our building for free, that we'd just bought. The grounds were infested with weeds, and we worked till we were sore all over. So we pleaded for their help several times. Hardly anyone came to help and if, only for a short time, even though it was important to get the weeds out before they'd spread. They stepped over 3 feet high weeds to enter the building to worship God. Don't bother... God wasn't there. He was outside in the yard, weeping.

We don’t stop it from growing cold. It’s part of the fall of man and as the end times draw closer it will continue to get worse even to the point of people falling away from the faith altogether. We are, however, commissioned to continue to show the love of Christ through the truth of scripture and continue to pray that He draws more people to Himself. Our testimony of the work of Christ in our own lives to the lost and God working His will around them is the only chance the unbeliever has.
The majority of believers are completely deceived and they do not even understand the difference between love and hate. To them love means acceptance. Many believers still possess sin in their wicked lives and this is why they will try to justify their sin by twisting verses of scripture like 1 John 1:8-10.

Since we are all born in sin and in ignorance of God’s word and truth John was relating how anyone who claims that they have never sinned at some time in their life is then deceived and they do not understand the truth that is being related in scripture. John was then saying that if would repent and confess our sins to God then God is faithful to forgive us of our sins and He would then cleanse us from living a sinful and unrighteousness life. John then related that anyone who believes that they have never sinned in this life is then calling God a liar. But nowhere is John ever relating that a believer will always continue to sin or that a believer could never overcome their sins as the children of the devil often desire to believe.
Anyone who continues to sin certainly does not understand scripture and they clearly do not believe that it is possible to be living the perfect life that Jesus commanded us to live through His Holy Spirit.

Every day I encounter believers who claim that they can never stop sinning and that sickness is just a normal part of a believers life. Clearly these people do not understand that Jesus did not sin nor did Jesus ever get sick and if you were allowing His Holy Spirit to guide you in your life then it would be impossible for you to sin or to get sick as well. And so their own words are proving how they are an unbeliever who belongs to the devil since they are revealing that they will not believe that possessing the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ can keep their wicked soul from sinning. They are revealing that they will not believe that possessing the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ who never got sick and who who removed every type of sickness, disease or disability from everyone who turned to Him in faith can protect their souls from the devil’s afflictions. Even though God commanded us to live a Holy and righteous life through the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ and Jesus even said to sin no more many are foolishly believing they can never stop sinning nor overcome their sins.

Scripture clearly relates how God will never lie so Jesus would have never told the man at the pool of Bethesda to sin no more if it were impossible for the man to stop sinning. Plus Jesus made it crystal clear that it was the man’s sins that made him disabled since Jesus related that a worse thing would come upon the man if he did not stop sinning.

This is why we are called Christians since a Christian is someone who possesses the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ and who lives exactly as Jesus did and once again Jesus did not sin nor did Jesus ever get sick.
So anyone who continues to sin is certainly proving that they are an unbeliever and a liar and they definitely are not a Christian who possesses God’s Holy Spirit. They are just one of the many fake Christians who have been deceived by the devil and they clearly are being guided by a demon spirit. Jesus did not come to call on the righteous since a righteous person is someone who does not sin.

So anyone who believes that they can never stop sinning is certainly not comprehending what scripture is relating and this is why they will twist scripture verses like 1 John 1:8-10 or Romans 3:10, 3:23 and 7 to try and justify why their deceived soul still can sin. When they try this nonsense they prove they are an unbeliever who is a liar and this is why their lost soul will be heading for an eternity in the lake of fire.

Realize that there are no scriptures that ever relate that a sinner belongs to God or that a sinner is a child of God! There are no scriptures that ever relate that a believer will always sin or that a believer can never stop sinning! There are no scriptures that ever relate that sickness would be a normal part of this life or that a Christian will possess sickness in their life! You can look all that you like but you certainly will not find any such scripture to back up those lies. Scripture makes it very clear that anyone who sins belongs to the devil and anyone who belongs to God cannot and does not sin.

Since we are all born in sin and in ignorance of God’s word and truth John was relating how anyone who claims that they have never sinned at some time in their life is then deceived and they do not understand the truth that is being related in scripture. John was then saying that if would repent and confess our sins to God then God is faithful to forgive us of our sins and He would then cleanse us from living a sinful and unrighteousness life. John then related that anyone who believes that they have never sinned in this life is then calling God a liar. But nowhere is John ever relating that a believer will always continue to sin or that a believer could never overcome their sins as the children of the devil often desire to believe.
Anyone who continues to sin certainly does not understand scripture and they clearly do not believe that it is possible to be living the perfect life that Jesus commanded us to live through His Holy Spirit.

Every day I encounter believers who claim that they can never stop sinning and that sickness is just a normal part of a believers life. Clearly these people do not understand that Jesus did not sin nor did Jesus ever get sick and if you were allowing His Holy Spirit to guide you in your life then it would be impossible for you to sin or to get sick as well. And so their own words are proving how they are an unbeliever who belongs to the devil since they are revealing that they will not believe that possessing the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ can keep their wicked soul from sinning. They are revealing that they will not believe that possessing the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ who never got sick and who who removed every type of sickness, disease or disability from everyone who turned to Him in faith can protect their souls from the devil’s afflictions. Even though God commanded us to live a Holy and righteous life through the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ and Jesus even said to sin no more many are foolishly believing they can never stop sinning nor overcome their sins.

Scripture clearly relates how God will never lie so Jesus would have never told the man at the pool of Bethesda to sin no more if it were impossible for the man to stop sinning. Plus Jesus made it crystal clear that it was the man’s sins that made him disabled since Jesus related that a worse thing would come upon the man if he did not stop sinning.

Since we are all born in sin this is why we need the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ in our lives since we need His Spirit to teach us how to stop sinning. And if we do not possess His Holy Spirit then it is impossible for us to stop sinning or to enter the kingdom of God. This is why we are called Christians since a Christian is someone who possesses the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ and who lives exactly as Jesus did and once again Jesus did not sin nor did Jesus ever get sick.
So anyone who continues to sin is certainly proving that they are an unbeliever and a liar and they definitely are not a Christian who possesses God’s Holy Spirit. They are just one of the many fake Christians who have been deceived by the devil and they clearly are being guided by a demon spirit. Jesus did not come to call on the righteous since a righteous person is someone who does not sin.

So anyone who believes that they can never stop sinning is certainly not comprehending what scripture is relating and this is why they will twist scripture verses like 1 John 1:8-10 or Romans 3:10, 3:23 and 7 to try and justify why their deceived soul still can sin. When they try this nonsense they prove they are an unbeliever who is a liar and this is why their lost soul will be heading for an eternity in the lake of fire.

Realize that there are no scriptures that ever relate that a sinner belongs to God or that a sinner is a child of God! There are no scriptures that ever relate that a believer will always sin or that a believer can never stop sinning! There are no scriptures that ever relate that sickness would be a normal part of this life or that a Christian will possess sickness in their life! You can look all that you like but you certainly will not find any such scripture to back up those lies. Scripture makes it very clear that anyone who sins belongs to the devil and anyone who belongs to God cannot and does not sin.

So scripture clearly states that whoever sins does not know God so that is certainly you. Whoever sins is of the devil and that is also certainly you! The children who live in sin and who belong to the devil often like to use Paul as their justification for their sinful life. These lost souls are so deceived that they cannot comprehend what Paul was relating in scripture and so they twist the meanings of Romans 3:10, 3:23 and 7. They fail to realize that in Romans 7 Paul was relating how hard it was for him to stop sinning in his previous life since he was living under the law. He then related how he was freed from following his sinful flesh by truly knowing Christ and living through His Spirit. These clueless souls are clearly overlooking how Paul related that he had died to sin and that he was no longer a slave to sin in Romans 6 and they also overlook how Paul related that if you continue to live by your sinful flesh instead of living through the Spirit then you will certainly die in Romans 8.

In regards to Romans 3:10 Paul is simply relating that none of us are righteous since we are all born in sin and this is why we needed a savior to teach us how to stop sinning. Romans 3:23 is actually stating the same exact thing since it is relating how we are all born in sin and so we all are falling short of the glory of God.
Sometimes these children of the devil will even use Romans 6:23 to justify why they sin and they clearly have no idea that this scripture is relating that if you sin then you will eternally die, hence “the wages of sin is death.” No where are any of these scriptures ever relating that a believer can never stop sinning or will continue to sin though. Some will even try to use 1 John 2:1-2 to try and justify why they still sin.
“My little children, these things I write to you, so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous. And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the whole world.”

In the above scripture John is simply relating that because we all will sin that Jesus is the atonement for our sins and He certainly is not relating that we can never stop sinning. Anyone who continues to sin certainly does not understand what Jesus related in Matthew 18 and in Matthew 5 since Jesus clearly stated that we needed to remove whatever part of our flesh that was causing us to sin. Jesus made it very clear that it was better for us to live a life in this world with a maimed body that did not sin then it would be to possess a complete body that did sin since the person who sinned would then be cast into the hell fire.
“If your hand or foot causes you to sin, cut it off and cast it from you. It is better for you to enter into life lame or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet, to be cast into the everlasting fire. And if your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast it from you. It is better for you to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes, to be cast into hell fire.”

This is the difference between a believer who is a Christian and a believer who is deceived. A deceived believer thinks that they will always sin and they will always have sickness in their life. A Christian knows they can never sin nor can they ever get sick since they live their life exactly “like Christ.”
It is quite evident and quite clear that you are a deceived believer who fell for the devil’s lies and that is why you do not possess the Holy Spirit and that is why you reason the way that you do. So your own words have just proven that you do not even know Jesus nor are you being guided by His Holy Spirit and that is why you still possess sin and sickness in your life. Your blinded eyes cannot comprehend what scripture is relating and this is why your own words have proven that you are a sinner who belongs to the devil and you certainly do not belong to God.

Biblical speaking the End Times was the end of the Earthly old covenant age kingdom that gave way to the eternal Heavenly New Covenant Kingdom of Jesus Messiah without End. All this other stuff is conjecture.
