I think they should have a season of international cuisine chefs w/ no American cuisine chefs. I'm rather sick and tired of the Southern food chefs. There are plenty of choices w/ the Carribean, African, Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Italian and French and Middle Eastern chefs we've seen from past seasons. Oh and they should be from previous seasons too. That would be so cool.
You’re sick of American but not Italian? There was one, maybe two southern chefs in this season.
i mean there could be more effort to search for chefs in those areas of cooking. seems like frying was the easiest method to go. ive seen chops in the fryer. i suggest canada top chef. one season they had like a third asian chefs which was cool. and lately they have been trying to include african and indigenous foods
@@slothyslothbear83 i mean living in america you see different foods but tbh it could be americanized. chinese food takeaway is not authentic. if you ask an america what japanese cooking is,they'll probably say sushi or teriyaki. and just after watching next level chef uk, apparently garlic and onions arent traditionally cooked together. usually one or the other. from another youtube video, they use really simple few ingredients like lemons in dishes which i didnt know besides for milanese.
when they do the challenges, it's mainly pasta, corn bread, breakfast, etc. if they could do like when in hell's kitchen they had to do a region or country, could make for a more interesting episode. but i really did enjoy the latest season
To truly appreciate food culture, you must appreciate ALL cultures. Wanting southern chefs be to left out explicitly is, in and of itself, a red flag on your lack of knowledge about our famous southern cuisine. Speaking about my specific location alone, (NoLa) there are so many influences in our food history. Native American, African, French and more. Excluding the southern chefs is asinine.

What is the problem with BRAVO? I paid for season 18 Top Chef Kitchen and episodes have not been uploaded properly and on time as they should be. YOU either need to give people a refund or stop trying to take their money.
