Is how u drown the bush 🤣😂. I cook callaloo in about 20mins yes. Steam it down after I sautee the aromatics with less... I use way less liquid. Will try the sweet potato pie cuz that looks divine

If yuh doh swizzle the ting, it not right!! that was the exercise in the kitchen, but ah 2 pulse in the blender and yuh BAD!! All this miss for me was some baked chicken pieces. Dawi if yuh could do a breadfruit casserole menu seeing they in season. Ice House big up alyuh self. Goodness and Love in the Kitchen.

I love to cook it for longer but low and slow so the bush breaks down along with the ochro. The texture is 👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿
