We have 3 ton system, but we run a small split unit in the living room and our 3 ton only kicked it twice. Back to the central, air movement coming/going means a lot, if not right you're in for high bills with no comfort. All is looking good, you guys have been kicking butt.
Thanks Buzz! I'm not sure why the guy designed the system the way he did but I'm glad I went with the advice the heating & air guys gave me. I guess we'll have to wait and see how much it cycles after we move in.
A good ac person can work wonders. Having the ac installed will be nice with the warmer weather coming.
Wow what a huge difference Jay , the place looks huge with plaster on the walls. Looking like a million bucks 👍
Thanks Steve! It's definitely coming together!

Size for your largest load. You need a 3- ton hp.
Thanks Steven! I'm glad I went with the 3-ton!
Guess I should have watched the whole video before commenting.
There weren't videos lately. Why?
I believe the stork just delivered twins so that can keep y'all busy 🤷♂️
Got some video here and there but nothing great. Finally getting around to getting some of these videos together!
