Maybe see this comment? Hi future Regina.
can you try a control deck with it. with the main goal just to lock down the other lanes and then add power with the living tribunal. no need to try and get a ton of power because other lanes will only have like 5 power theoretically. with jeff, storm l, spider-man, prof x, nebula, dr. doom, maybe high evo with cyclops
i feel like hes going to shine in a hobgoblin/sentry viper package its something to boost your lanes and let you target specific locations while still making use of high power units with tribunal
Remove lady sift and jubilee and add crystal and magik. Makes it easier to get to the combo while adding more cards to discard. It's been such a crazy consistent deck lately even against high evo
I play it without hell cow and tribunal and swap in psylocke and wave. If you Magik 5, wave psy 6 then you can play both modok and hela on 7 without invisible woman. Good response when they think they shut down invisible woman
On the game against Raven i wouldve just played Magneto into the Iron man lane. Pulling out storm and cyclops and guaranteeing Flooded and Project Pegasus But a win is a win
My personal Tribunal deck: Main Combo: Tribunal, Onslaught, Iron Man Direct Support for combo: Wave, Magik, Crystal, Adam Warlock, Jubilee Protection: Armor, Cosmo Antman and Echo or your fav one cost cards. Limbo away any bad positions for you, you can play magik turn 4 if it means getting cosmo down T3. Dont limbo stuff that is hard to play on, your stacking your combo all on one location so youll have power on the bad locations where its super hard to have your enemy put power there. Try and play your main combo with a protection card when possible. Otherwise you can play antman with Tribunal on turn 6 for extra power. If you thin the deck enough and know whats left in deck you can often hail mary a card into play with Jubilee. Generally I play Iron, then Onslaught and people dont think ill play same spot again cause iron/onslaught can usually out power a position by themselves.
I got Living Tribunal specificly for this Hela+M.O.D.O.K. deck. And I regret it. I've been playing 20 games with it allready, and I've only won like 3 of them
What about an electro ramp deck with him? With cards like aronman trying to win in only one lane and then split. I made one with: Sunspot, lizard, electro, wave, jubilee, ironman, devildino, sandmam, redskull, doom, tribuanl, odin
As someone who’s played this deck previously, it’s already hard to pull off because it’s a 3 card combo, not sure the tribunal will help. Plus it’s super easy to counter. Someone just has to slap a cosmo there before the end of the game and it’s gg. An absolute blast to play when it works but there’s just so much luck involved (but you already know all that)
after playing a lot of this deck, I wouldn't snap earlier than turn 5, even if you have the full combo, something will come up to prevent it. I try to play invis on 4 too cause the later it is the less likely im gonna get cosmo'd or something.
Not sure if I goosed it in the video, it was 3am and I was holding a newborn, so I may have misspoken/misplayed, but you can prep the Jubilee in the Invisible Woman, then MODOK normally outside of the IW so he goes off immediately, basically giving yourself another roll at Hela from a top deck AND from Jubilee. I think that's what you mean, but I am tired, I have no idea anymore.
@@RegisKillbin In the game you put MODOK inside of Invisible Woman lane which is what OC meant. Still you pulled Hela so it didn’t matter in the end 😂 (they retreated too)
Perhaps make it so that the total power is split evenly across two locations (i.e. the locations he was not played in are prioritized)? That would allow smarter plays to see where the opponent has put most of his power at and play him in that location, without needing to waste a third of your total power to a location you don't want to win anyways. Might however be a little too powerful as this could end up being Heimdall Juke on roids.
i think half the skill expression in snap is knowing where to play or what lane to play to, living tribunal takes that choice out of the equation i think its pretty bad by just limiting your options
Fun fact, if he had placed Dazzler right where the Galactic was her buff would have gone off because it only checks for all locations, since there's one it works!
@@l3ftie578 yes,in universe blah no one cares he literally dominated the universe and killed the living tribunal, but in the main timeline TLT is one of the strongest characters in marvel
Looking at the games LT won... he kinda wasn't needed. The first two big Hela drops would have been wins with a vanilla 6-power card. The Flooded game in the middle was won by LT, but Magneto also would have been a solid play (pulling Storm and Cyclops would have meant any Jubilee flip takes the lead in Flooded, and Iron Man + Magneto would be enough power to beat almost any single card. Doom could beat it, tho). However, I'm fine with LT being bad. If he was good, he'd be pretty annoying, since one of the most interesting parts of Snap is figuring out which lanes to play into, which to skip. If Living Tribunal dominated the metagame, that all goes away, and the game becomes a lot more boring. If LT is just a cute and kinda fun build around puzzle card that doesn't win a lot, that's fine.
Lt is balance because he will be good at location that you can't play or negative location And he is bad because your only goal is to win 2 location not all 3
Let's admit it living tribunal is mid. I had speculated it the moment I saw his effect was to divide the total power equally. You are aiming to win 2 out of 3 locations not all 3 hence the idea itself was mid at best. Living tribunal was like jokes we come up thinking are funny but when we say the aloud they just turn out underwhelming or straight up bad. Now vipering living tribunal to your opponents side. Thats what I'm talking about.
its not that the living tribunal are bad, is just that they are situational and if you use them in a situation where there is not much power in play they will screw you
Now if he were to get his effect changed like divide the total power between the two locations with the highest power, with his current stats. That would be enough to get him to the level of big bads like Thanos, Galactus and High evolutionary.
I actaully found him real good in hela. The negative was the same as always which is cosmo from opponent or not pulling hela. When neither happened, my hela popped off.
@@playoffp.1501 not really it would split all you power evenly in two location (unless you played if in middle). Which should make it easier to win since the split value is higher. Since you only need to win 2 locations.
Captain Marvel imo would be superior to him in a Hela deck...same power, costs 5, and she has a higher chance of putting your power to where it counts as opposed to LT. LT should be buffed to 6/12+ minimum similar to Magneto as both of their abilities have the potential to cost you games (LT being more likely, too). It's kind of sad, he's the most powerful canon character in Snap and yet he's neither a big bad or just a powerful card.
I bet if Living Tribunal cost 2 or 3, most of us would hate what it does to Snap. Living Tribunal becoming a top meta pick would mean that one of the most interesting parts of the game--deciding where to play--becomes utterly irrelevant.
@@thebitterfig9903 It wouldn't make deciding where to play completely irrelevant. Between the effects of locations, and ongoing effects of other cards, there'd still be plenty to consider. I think it could even lead to a fairly interesting meta as you could end up with scenarios in which you have to decide whether it's a better idea 'not' to split your power. I could see it being balanced as even a 3/3

Probably longer
yeah same. i play him currently. but losing cubes a lot lol
I played a similar deck and used the new Crystal as a way to more easily find all combo pieces. It made the deck suprisingly more consistent for me.
You can actually see if he is playing agatha because agatha players stard with an extra card in their hand
playing jubilee for hela doesnt work riight, because she reveals before modok. So she wont revive any cards
