this was the rehearsal for 2011 SBS Gayo Daejun performance ^^ (gayo daejun is the new year concert, it was held every year. All three popular/national TV channel of Korea: SBS, KBS, and MBC had their own gayo daejun concert)
That is actually his name XD SM use these name charts to let the camera crew know who to focus and since Luhan (and the rest of EXO) hasn't debuted at this time, they're new to people. I think you've seen a lot of SM dance practice videos where they have their names on their shirt and raises their hand when their parts come. well, they send those vids to the broadcasting crew for shows they're going to appear. This way, the crew knows whom to focus. Hope this helps :)

When Jaejoong debuted he was supposed to be silent and mysterious with his dark hair, but then his 4D personality emerged and SM gave up on that haha! But they didn't mind because he was entertaining, I feel like Luhan, Baeks, and Kai will soon emerge... You're right about the honey blonde hair making Luhan look like a docile lamb. Luhan and Kai, have a tough job being the visual, they draw the would be fans in, but I like how members of EXO are talented and back up their stunning visuals :)
