@@cxvqa It just isn't the same. Private party chat ruined the OG Halo 2 experience. No teamwork, no trash talking, no proximity chat. Simply Calling out spots to help your team is impossible. It makes the players horrible too. Bad scores all day.

Man that music!!! I remember when I got the MCC. I would just have the menu on and leave the music playing in my apartment in college. Boys would come over and we would reminisce the actual halo 2 and 3 days.
I have the complete scores for Halo 1-3 and yeah listening to Halo 2 and 3's main menu tracks are quite painful these days knowing we can never go back and play those OG games in their original states anymore. MCC is a good holdover but its not totally the same.
It would be really fun to play with the 343 guys. I'm jealous.

Why is it that, every time I play, 95% of the time people choose ctf on halo 3 or halo 4 on infinity slayer. I was remotely lucky to actually play Halo CE for a change. But that's it, other than that it's just luck to play anything at the very least different because no body wants to play anything else besides Halo 3 or 4.
+DrStrangelove1941 I guess it depends on the lobby you get stuck with. My friends and I like to play all the halos so if we haven't played a certain Halo game during the night yet we start to vote for it more often.
Because everyone has different likes. Its all suggestive in the end. I personally don't mind playing any of them. Halo 3 is my favorite so when it gets voted its fine by me.
For me Halo 3 is the best one, and no I didn't start playing Halo when Halo 3 released. I've been here from the start when Halo 1 used to be the only Halo (I remember the tons of LAN parties for sure) and Halo 2 didn't even exist yet. Everything in the art design of Halo 3 to how it plays gels with my playstyle perfectly. It doesn't mean I'm bad at Halo 1 or 2 either, I do pretty well in MCC compared to the average players I get put against, I simply just like Halo 3 more.
Again, you can disagree with me but its my opinion (as you have yours) and there's no way after playing Halo for over 15 years now I'd change my mind, played them all and Halo 3 to this day is still my favorite. I'm just gald a thing like MCC exist on xbox one. Being able to play all the Halo games is great for me.
I loved Halo 2 but I guess it's hard to go back to not being able to sprint after the later games all had that feature.
