Funny you said Hwiseo screamed her high notes and Bora "hit" her high notes. Bora strained her voice and didn't hit any notes without forcing her throat, also her vibrato in the end is just to try to mask the messy ending. And was poorly executed (the vibrato, the notes I can't say was poorly executed because she still didn't crack her voice). For me if Hwiseo screamed her high notes, Bora didn't do much differently, however, her (Bora) song choice was really clever, and even without a clean execution I understand why she got that many upvotes.
