Here in Colorado its very rocky no pun intended im very familiar with the drill dilemma its plowing out there out here its thousands of years of buffalo and then 150 years of cattle ranching on rocky ground makes it hard to find a good drill !

Yes, sounds like you have even less of a chance of finding a good one under those conditions!

Is there a way to tell what tribe these heads came from. or is it just a time period thing.

I’m sure someone knows how to tell which tribe was most likely to have made them but Dave and I don’t have that knowledge. Most are just identified by time period. I don’t have that depth of knowledge either. I just like finding them😊
