I have ITE hearing aids, and have a problem changing the wax guards. My hands are just not coordinated enough to do it myself with these tiny objects. However, the hearing clinic I go to provides lifetime care for cleaning, changing the wax guards, and anything that doesn't require factory attention, for as long as I have these hearing aids. I can go in for help anytime. They'll also give me a heads up to have the batteries sent in to the factory for replacement before the warranty expires. I appreciate that.
YOU SAID THAT ONE SHOULD BE WEARING THEIR HEARING AIDS ALL WAKING HOURS OF THE DAY. BUT WHAT ABOUT IF YOU WORK IN A NOISY WORK ENVIRONMENT, THEN HOW SHOULD YOU UTILIZE THE USE OF YOUR HEARING AIDS? SHOULD YOU WEAR THEN UNDERNEATH EARMUFFS?
Really unhappy with my RIC style aids. I can hear what's going on BEHIND me really well, but people right in front of me are hard to understand. Very frustrating. I was fitted by one of your referred audiologists. How is a device with microphones pointed backward ever going to work well? Your ears point forward!

Dr, Sorry why should we use ,1,3,6 weeks for Follow up Patient Hearing aid ?
Once we have our hearing aids and they’ve been through the follow up visits, his often should our hearing be retested? Annually?
