Thank you for addressing the file issue. Yes, you can give yourself an infection if you have an open cut and reuse a possibly contaminated file. You really should be using a new file on yourself every time!

Your boyfriend is a real sport to let you put some Nails on him, LOL. Love the design it came out fabulous and The Madam Glam gel paint are out-of-this-world. And as far as you talking or not talking in your tutorials you do whatever makes you happy but don't be afraid every once in awhile to switch it up a bit.
