It’s a bit unfair to judge Ammaji by today’s standards. She is from another time where it was impossible/ extremely difficult to rebel. Our earlier generations had a much difficult upbringing, and we cannot blame them for being what they are and how they think
Exactly. Unki samajh us daur ke hisab se thi aur is daur mei unhe samjhana bahot difficult hai. But we still try our best 🤗
@@salonayyy tumhe try karna he kyon h unko samjhane ki... accept her the way she is..
बिल्कुल सही कहा
Bilkul shi.... Jaya bhaduri ki natin k podcast ki nakal...
Your dadi is so cute 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥺🥺🥺
I wish to meet her one day
Dadi ji must have faced much more than this... Still it looks that she changed herself to fit into this generation... Love the way she and aunty ji spoke the facts with no filters...
Yes she has changed herself a lot. Isse zyada change hum unki generation se expect bhi nahin kar sakte
@@salonayyyunki generation shaadi happiness ke liye nahi karti thi. It was a journey undertaken to give stability to future generations which is the foremost responsibility nature has bestowed upon us … we as a generation worry only about our happiness and it causes more misery eventually!
@@Anu4343bilkul sahi kaha yahi baat aj ki generation nhi smjhti
Wo apne family ke bare m pehle sochte th baad me apne bare m
I don't think this generation is going in right direction
@@Anu4343
Yep very true …on the spot views
@@salonayyy unse kya expect karein....humse koi bolein khud ko change karne hum unke comparison mein half changes bhi nai sakte khud mein!
Unhone still bht kiya;I have seen people with old mentality and then being locked up in that mindset and being toxic because of that and all over this they are also proud about them being like that
Also I've just started the video, commenting without even listening her in this video cause I love her from your comedy videos! A grandparent from such old generation being so fun loving, being involved with her granddaughter in acting and video making is just so cuteee!❣️
Aunty ji is covering all the truths meanwhile salony and ammaji spitting all the truths....🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Itne domestic topic pr koi bhi podcast nhi krta ...please aese hi topics pr podcast bnao ..idhr teen generation apna apna pov btate h to ache se analyse krne ko milta h ...great work saloni ❤😮
Thanks for the feedback.
I have a single girl child and she has always received superfluous love from every one in the family, we aren't planning a second child at all, we hope to give her the best life possible! Daughters are the best gift a family can have!! ❤❤
@@sushrirangoliare you saying rani lakshmibai dange krti thi? Sick mentality
Dadiji's thoughts are amazing.
These are usually unexpected from people of her generation.....Really loved the podcast and the way how she changed herself with the time.😊
All 3 of you are carrying the generational gap so beautifully. It is so nice to see the exchange of thoughts from different generations and it is so common. Whenever in a family all different generations sit together these conversations are very common, we enjoy these talks a lot at the family gathering (laugh and criticism 😂). Looking forward to more episodes. I'm sharing with my mom, Nani, bffs and inlaws.
13:33 'Kaam hona chayie jo bhi kre'😂😂😂❤
I love this.. A raw and pure middle class talks.. Three different generations.. Three kind of thoughts and love + respect towards each other.. I see myself in Salony, My dadi in her dadi and yes my mom in her mom..cant wait for next episode
Thanks Anu.
This was so relatable and real and how all 3 generations have faced patriachy on their parts and you cant really blame anyone its been passed down since generations and we dont know what they have faced but still theyre willing to change is appreciatable
Though for ages women have faced closed mindedness but what should be appreciated and seen as sign of growth that Ammaji chose to evolve and became part of @salonayyy's journey and she is open to understanding what new generation is proposing and what changes would be better to adapt. This is the best podcast in terms of theme/topic and questions. India really needs more such podcasts to evolve the mind at mass level. Great work again team @salonayyy 😊
So proud of you for starting something like this and engaging your fans in a conversation like this.
Thankyou for bringing up this topic!
Amazing podcast didi... amma ji ke jaise hi meri dadi bhi hai.... and i have seen her change so much according to time... 😊😊and according to me its so difficult to change because i don't think aaj kal ki generation change kar paayegi khud ko...
Bahut apna sa lagta hai ye podcast... thank you so muchh...❤❤
Ladka hi चाहिये और ladka भी चाहिये में फर्क़ होता है। इस फर्क़ को समझने की जरूरत है। ladka और ladki दोनों जरूरी है। अम्मा जी को प्रणाम।
Bilkul👍
that I agree but Agar do ladka ho jaye uska dar nahi hai par do ladki ho jane ka dar hai! See the difference there?
Well said❤
Absolutely loved this conversation. Looking forward for more of these conversations .
1:48 Great topic to discuss i bet every gen z had this conversation with their grandparents at some point & they might heard the same answer(like dadi) & i don't blame them to have such thinking and u can still find this sort of mentality (both in rural n urban areas) in our country.
I know right! We can’t blame them. Unki understanding limited thi us time
I cannot thank you enough covering this topic on your podcast. So refreshing to see three regular women from three different generations discussing gender roles! Huge fan!!
Salonyy ka mast hai yr apne sasural mai bol kr jati hai ki office ja Rahi hu aur fir mayeka aajati hai .( Kyoki salonyy ka office aur content to mayeka mai hi hai na )
Btw great podcast ❤❤❤
@@garimasolanki4791 exactly.. lol. People😅
Dadi is amazing!!!! Sometimes it looks like she's bombarded with questions and back to back points, but she's tooo cuteeee on how she answers.
She's from another generation, hats off that she's trying to change her for this generation.
Dadi does not hesitate at all, very candid😅
Dadi is so sweet yrr....... Time time ki bt h...... Generation gap m kai changes bhi aate h....... Unhone jo jiya vhi aage next generation ko transfer kiya........ Ab khud Women aware h to bhut achi bt h 😊
Loved this podcast . Going through the different point views of three different generations is amazing 👏
Very raw and real feelings.. it’s quite impossible on social media.. keep it up.. ❤❤ for family 😊
My dadi was like this but she loved me the most despite having a biased male child thinking...so I know where she's coming from 😊
Exactly pyaar to poora karte hain
@@salonayyy ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Actually the bias is not from their own mind. It’s society and its thinking about what is good for the parivar and khandaan. Not everyone has the personality to rebel against societal values predominant around them.
Loved the podcast❤...I also appreciate the fact that salonay does not hesitate to ask or say anything infront of her mother and amma ji👍
Dadi ji bhaut samajdar hai....aur time ke saath saath bhaut change hui hai.....Dadiji nai bhi bhaut kuch dekha hai(apni beti ko apne samne jate hue)....but still she is so strong....Dadiji rocks.....Lots and lots of Love for her❤❤❤
Beti ko? What?
@@dey1198 haa death dekhi hai first beti ki jb wo beti choti thi
How very sweet !!! I love this interaction ❤
What a podcast much needed for genz vs 90s old people ......the perfect thing to learn here is our parents all credits goes to them who made us capable of differentiating between what is right what is equality . It doesn't matter what they were in there times but it is about how long them have come to fit in our genz world.the perceptive my god ❤ it was wonderful listening to their wisdom. Great project great thought .ALL the people here should learn how our parents fought for our independence 😂😂 we should respect their pov without judging them agr ve hme nhi sikhaye to hm bhi kahi shaadhi kr apne pati se milne pr bhi daant sunte😂...a big thnku to them
We get liberal ideas now, which is a good thing, but it's because our parents gave us a good education that provides us with opportunities. Now we question them: Why weren't you guys liberal or open enough in your days?
Things change with every successive generation. It's not that our previous generation wanted to be reserved or conservative; it was a way of life at that time.
Rather than question our adults for their conservative behaviour, we should respect them for providing us good education and opportunities.
You summed it up really well🤗
Even today the womens meme is being circulated by todays educated generation so it's completely pointless to criticise dadi
Literally I love this podcast ❤ specially dadi ki baatein aur unke bolne ka tarika literally yrr dil khush ho jata h 😄😘🥰
Bahot shukriya❤
Literally so raw and cool bro !!!❤❤🫂
This is what a real unfiltered podcast look like ❤
Thank you ❤
Dadi ji never fails to entertain us... obviously she was telling the facts ..but she is not toxic...she is such a sweet and geniune person..❤❤
Indeed😍
Absolutely flawless & honest !!
It takes guts to show the reality of indian society by using YOUR OWN FAMILY'S EXAMPLE. Amazing work Saloni. Loved this
Don’t judge Amma ji, pehle parents ladke ke sath rehte the aur betio ke ghar ka pani bhe nahe pite the. Inke age ke log us concept pe chal rahe hai, lekin ab vo nahe hai. Ab vaisa nahe hai tho don’t blame them. Lots of love and respect to Amma ji and Aunty ji.
Exactly 🙌
very true
I see a very healthy home environment where you can freely question even your adults. You are lucky girl!
Such an amazing conversation ❤
Best podcast such a fresh take and such a fresh idea for podcasts 📈❤️
Saloni didi bas aap aise hi hum logo ko entertain krte raho taaki saari negative vibes door rahe🎉...aap ho positivity ki Queen👒
Seriously very interesting podcast 👏
Our mother tells us about the wrong behaviour of my aunt and his husband (father's sister)
My sister was the first child and she was born through C-section and my aunt and his husband don't even look my sister's face after her birth and for god's sake they are blessed with two daughters.
Beti ho ya beta vo hai khushiyali ka pitara ❤
Saloni aapki mummy ko aaj ki generation ke saath badalte dekh kr bohot khushi hui,
Kese unhone apni purani zindagi bhi bohot acche se jee or ab bhi samay ke saath khud ko badal liya 🙌❤️
Great podcast and bringing reality of Indian middle class to transparency. This also reminds me of Navya Naveli's show with her mom and nani.
Navya naveli vali podcast to relatable nahi hai ha meaningful hai but relatable salony ka podcast hai
Wonderful podcast series ❤
Osm podcast ❤❤
Amma ji Rocks! 😂
Bestest Regards & Love to you Salonayy, your mother and Amma ji!
This Podcast series screams reality, originality and relatability!

The best part of your videos are that it is so relatable❤️❤️
Your mom is so sweet ❤❤ I can see innocence in her eyes 🙌 and ur dadi is also very cute 🥰
Such important topics for our Indian Society in rising woke culture but no one is discussing on UA-cam like you Saloni di. Thank you for bringing such discussions/podcast.❤
Thank you so much 🤗
Aunty salony shocked
Dadiji rocked 😂
Hahaha😂
Yeyyyy 🥰
Was waiting for this 😹
Also dadi is amazing 🤩
Whatever the point of views of amma ji it can not be changed. And thats totally fine because thats what makes her ammaji ❤❤
Like she has lived her whole life with that point of perception...
I never had my grandparents so sometimes that makes me sad.
But amma ji rocks..
Dadi ka character mujhe bahut achha lagta hai wo bahut khule aur saaf baat krti hai😊
Kaafi badhiya podcast❤
Extremely relatable ❤seeing your mom and grandma I remember my dadi .. She was too strict but it was funny with her too ❤ loved it saloni di my entire family watched it ❤❤
Love love love this podcast❤️
This is the exact scenario we have in our home. I think it's generational, and everything will fall into place time by time. ❤
Your podcasts are really captivating 😂😂
Best Podcast❤❤
Waaooo, need more honest and eye opening videos for the society like this.. great work
What a innocent lady❤ jo society ne sikhaya wo hi manti hai......or apni soch ko support karne ki liye kuch vi bolenge

Amazing podcast Saloni ❤
Sabse pehli bat to me aapka abhinandan krna chahungi ki apne ek aisa show Shura Kiya Jo exactly tino generation ko represent kr raha hai vo bhi as it is...aapke savalo pr unke genuine javab aur unke jvabo pr aapke comments ekdm relate krte hai Jo kuch Hmari generation me chla aarha hai unpr aise bat krke unhe evolve krna hmara kam hai...good job..
Thank you❤
Dadi ji is very cute. I like that she is honestly owning up to her thought process, and not making excuses.
Maja aa gaya di bahut achaa podcast hai love it❤❤❤👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
They are so honest
I love you yaar di i love you seriously what a topic you chose i love you ❤❤
My grandfather was a progressive person. Because of him all of our family lived in the most liberal and egalitarian manner.
One person can change mindset of many. I hope this reaches more ears👂🏽
Yes its true that our grandmothers thoughts are quite conservative but other than that there are qualities in them that we should adopt i.e. resilience and modesty that they have. We should progress but shouldn't forget our values at the same time.
Amything in extremes is not good neither too conservative nor too liberal but a good mix of both.
Next podcast ke liye wait nhi hota!!!!! Jldi aa jaaye❤❤
This is called unfiltered...Thank god..❤
Yaar this is so good ❤
So true I love her ammaji
Amma ji is love ❤ Prr I love her candid nature.. she is vocal about her thoughts...😅
Ammaji is such a cute person and aunty is soo innocent ❤ I love your podcast

Hahahaha bahot badhiya😂
Babut badhiya 👍
It's always so interesting 🤣🤣🤣 love from up saloni di
Love this series! I look forward to every podcast on sundays. Keep it up. Your amma ji reminds me so much of my dadi.
Ayee thanks🤗
Keep up this podcast 💯 u r doing so grt.
Sweetest podcast ever! ❤️
So natural!
Humare yahan to papa bhi aise hi the. Amma ji ke jaane ke baad saas ka role papa hi nibhate the aur ab tak bhi vo control karne ki koshish karte hain. Par family values uss time ke hisab se alag the, ab alag hai.
These podcasts are a lesson in sociology.
How beautifully this podcast catches the evolution of the society ❤ Good job Ammaji, auntyji and of course, Salony.
Plzz do much more podcast its so entertainig to watch your unfiltered podcast. Its interesting to watch dadi ji and aunty ji's pov on every topic
