果然是懶人版本😂、我個電飯煲更適合你這種煮、因為是多功能煲、一係一煲熟、謝謝示範分享
平常煮飯我都會浸水,尤其糯米,普通1:1.5 , 糯米1:1, 煮飯前水剛剛高過米一點就好了。餡料我會加冬菇,蝦米,臘腸, 沒臘肉可以加鷄肉,叉燒, 分開炒好, 與米同煮 或煮好飯再混合都可以,最后加 cilantro 香菜會很好吃。1.5 杯米才用 3/4 杯水,而且洗米后水瀝水那麽乾,我覺得飯會硬。

其實唯一、對你的電飯煲壽命縮短😂
綜合3-4了視頻的分享和自己的兩次實踐,我也想分享自己的心得,拋磚引玉。
1, 4/5杯糯米+1/5杯米,淘洗兩遍,瀝水,加水沒過米表面0.9-1 cm.按下下慢煮键。飯熟顯示保溫信號後兩分鐘開蓋疏水水汽,飯熟呈顆粒狀。移入網漏,凍開水淋之,手輕輕分散米團成散粒粒,也沖去表面的澱粉糊,備用。
腊腸放入沸水中煮2-3分鐘,去衣縱破4等份,橫切粒(截面為正方形口感更好);海米一把放在杯子裏泡水,水面沒過半指,浸海米的水留用;乾冬菇4朵泡水加些白糖,5-10分鐘內已泡軟,逐隻在水喉下洗淨,連蒂一起切絲;鮮桔一小片切絲;紅蔥一頭,切絲,炒香,盛出1/3和炒花生,蛋,青葱花後加入,余2/3配料和糯米飯用兩隻硅膠鏟翻炒,過程中浸海米水用手指遍彈入飯中,少量水即刻帶著嗤嗤聲化為水汽再次衝激米飯。重復這過程三次。淋上調味汁(生抽,蠔油,老抽,糖),顏色不够可加3-5cc ABC 汁。
花生用少許油煸炒熟;一只雞蛋加5-7cc鮮奶攤煎薄片,用鏟子分成小片,青葱花和備留的配料也拌入,拌勻。放入碗略壓實,倒扣入碟中。
飯粒分明,香軟,味道平衡的熟炒糯米飯呈上。😊
