Thanks, glad you liked the video! 👍 Macros are not enabled by default for security reasons, but they can be enabled in settings if you need to use them.
Thanks Vitaka doodle. At 4:20 as soon as you roll over option 1 it advances to slide 2 where it's yellow using the hyperlink we added after 0:52 in the video.
@@achadavid2302 Thanks, yes, I think you are right. It used the 'morph' transition. So the both slides (the menu and that slide it hyperlinks to) should have the morph transition set (with a 1 second duration) and then it will look exactly like my version. To morph smoothly between button and title they will need to be the same object, so I would recommend copying the menu button to the slide info slide and re-sizing it there.
Hi, I wonder if it's a bug in your version of PowerPoint or something else. Would you be able to share the PPTX and I will check it? (Here is a copy of my working one for reference - www.dropbox.com/s/qq9rrex4pd1lq7d/interactive%20light%20up%20menu.pptx?dl=0)
Absolutely agree, it would be so easy for Microsoft to implement this. There are so many tricky workarounds needed for PowerPoint as some basic features have never been added.
Wow man this is so good! I was looking for a tutorial that opened a new page and couldnt find one! But here it is! Thank you! x
Thanks very much! So glad it was the video you were looking for. 😁👍
@@powerpointskills It really was! Hurrah!

Thank you very much! 👍
Funny how the simple UA-cam tutorials are the most effective in creative hands - thank you for making this useful video.
Thanks, glad you liked the video 😁
thats very good nice job and thanks! just one general question, at 1:44 for example the Run macro: and Object action: things are greyed out. why?

Good and straight to the point video! I have one question tho: How did the animation of option 1 happen at 4:20?
Thanks Vitaka doodle. At 4:20 as soon as you roll over option 1 it advances to slide 2 where it's yellow using the hyperlink we added after 0:52 in the video.
@@powerpointskills I think they are asking what transition did you use for the option 1 information slide to transition that smoothly

Hi, I'm not sure what you mean, could you give me some more detail of what you are trying to do?
Great tutorial!
Thanks Valéria!
Great> very interesting and helpfull.
Thanks very much Mohsin! :)

You'd think PowerPoint would add a hover effect, it would be so much more efficient :(
