They added complete new specs for some classes that are actually usable end game like Warlock tank and mage healer rogue tank etc. Could added a Ranged spec for shockadin. Just like druids have 4 specs I'm vanilla. Tank healer ranged and melee dps specs. Y not sd the 4th to paladin "ranged dps" But a blown opportunity but we all know blizzard has always hated on palllies lol
it's certainly not EVERY use, but it's very often, and to be honest i've noticed it does the same thing for other classes too where every time a boomy opens on me with surge, moonfire. sunfire combo that card it procs

Yes still sucks ass but i like to farm and do pvp as shockadin some times

it's nota great DPS, but next phase it sohuld ahve a viable raid spot as a healer if you check the new t2 set bonuses on wowhead

I think it's around 38% in this set but I can get it up to 40+ with swaps
