This is so worth making. I tried the mix and its very good but i make uo my own now. I leave it in the fridge overnight and then put it straight into the bottom of the airfryer. Turn after 20 minutes and baste. A liquidised onion is good to add too.

Tips:
Leave donner kebab overnight in fridge.
Use an electric meat cutter to slice donner kebab.
Cook donner kebab slices for another 7 minutes in an air fryer, on grill mode.
