ok you don't need that many mics, one can actually pick up all sounds, its surprising how people don't understand mics if you got one good one you don't need four, you also don't need to wear them it picks up way to much noise
🤣 how ungrateful! I think I know what I’m doing, I’ve done this for 5 years. The levels are adjusted to give the best sounds. With just the wrist ones it doesn’t pick up the speaking & certain sounds well & with my main mics you can’t pick up the close sounds as well. I’ve tested different things & levels & I’ve gone with the best option. I don’t think you understand very well tbh.

Camera angle is a bit high, cannot see the lower part of the video when examaning the patient.
It needed to be high as I was standing & my head would have been cut off. I lowered it & highered her as much as my chair would allow.
