If I can give you some advice as to how I was able to break that habit.(It is a very hard one). Replace the words out loud with other words every single time you cuss. (I will cuss here to demonstrate only) Example: Give me the damn spoon....then immediately say "give me the dang spoon" Do this every time and your brain will start changing the words for you before you even cuss. Another tip - whenever you read cuss words, replace the word with a non cuss word in your head...don't even recognize the cuss word with your brain when reading. Example: give me the damn(DANG) spoon. When reading, don't say the cuss word in your head...only say the replacement in your head. Do these things and after a few months of replacement you will stop cussing I promise you.
