- Que hace la diferencia entre un jugador "normal" y uno excepcional? La diferencia recae en trabajar más que tus compañeros, en esforzarte más para no ser un jugador del montón.

Didn’t wanna run hills tonight.. now I will. Thanks Jerry 🐐
You still running those hills
This man still does this to this day, the Greatest point blank and period
Jerry has been a motivation to me for over 25 years. I do running and agility drills every Saturday morning outside and this video is gold. Thanks Jerry!
And nobody gives a shit bro, nobody
Do You Do It In The Cold?
@@P33G33B33D33 No. It's not cold where I live.
@@brianbachmeier34 That's Unfortunate Because You'd Probably Get More Health Benefits If You Exercised In The Cold.
@@P33G33B33D33 I don't trust a guy who capitalizes every word to know what he's talking about.
It's so cool that the best football player in history is a black man not known primarily for his "talent" or his freakish "athleticism" or how "natural" he was but instead how he kicked everyone else's ass in preparation, work, time, effort and fitness. He got more out of his talent than any other player in NFL history and he was pretty talented to start with. However, he lapped players who were bigger, stronger, faster, etc. Great lesson and example for young athletes and society in general.
BOOM
He copied a lot of his stuff especially the hill from Walter Payton.
I think he was pretty talented lol
If you going to be the best of the best no matter your skin color you going to have to work really hard and have god-given talent
Dude he was a freak talent man was as slippery as an eel
Saw where you and Deon Sanders had a difference of opinion in the mindset of approaching the game; you more quietly dedicated to the trade, and Deon more flamboyant tallent confident. He's a coach now and I've seen several clips of him telling the players to essentially be dedicated to the trade, and that he didn't care about how much each man was impressed with himself, but that he had an obligation to put a winning (team) on the field. The very things you held as important. Thanks for showing us (for years) how it's done.
You can still see the passion in his face talking about it
Passion oozing out of his being
The Playing Season is NOT the time to get in shape!
before Jerry was doing this, Walter Payton was doing his hill. That is why these are two of the greatest.
Roger Craig was 2
@@dalecumberbatch6601 Roger Craig was a great RB. Very versatile with good burst. He could catch a pass to. Back then not all RB’s could catch.
Barry Sanders too.
Walter Payton could run, catch, throw, block, and even kick at an NFL level no other football player could dare to claim that. Well people would probably claim Brady can because they love to tongue his ass and give a reach around.
Jerry Rice was the best condition athlete of his generation.
GOAT!!!
What a beast
They did 2.5 miles uphill!! Legendary
16 minutes
Walter Payton did similar hill sprint training. Probably not a coincidence they're both at the top of the NFL mountain.
Pretty sure at one point he said he got the hill running from Peyton.
And so what...? He is the Best Football player in the NFL History!!!! That´s the point.
Brady is the best ever. Sorry but after this last Super Bowl win you have to give it to Brady. Do t get me wrong though. Rice was an beast out there.
@@yankees29 brady doesn't count he was handed 4 superbowl wins
@@sumswaggaming nah bro. Handed nothing. He was the reason they won. I’m a Jets fan and even I can admit that. Brady is the greatest player to ever play in the NFL. If you think otherwise you need your head checked at this point. Lol
Jerry Rice is one of the greatest athletes in sports! Period! Haters hate because haters ain't shit!!

Inspiration
The G.o.a.t the hardest worker ever in the NFL
Look up Walter Payton. He ran up a hill so steep and loose he couldn’t run up
It without cleats in the Mississippi humidity.
he was literally Running Up That Hill.
This is inspiring
MTV the challenge.. talkin about we cant do it… smh, would easily win lmfao.. shout out to them and the cast tho.. bless they’re hearts 🙏🏾..

this is why "combine performances" are a joke. you can't judge a player running on a soft track in an airconditioned building not even in a game on how is going to do in the NFL. Where it counts is when your tired in the 4th quarter and everyone else is tired and the game depends on you. This is why Jerry was the best and always will be. He wasn't the fastest in the 40, he wasn't the strongest on the bench.. but he was the hardest worker out there and nobody can say different and that's why he is the best. period.
2:05 Joe Montana throws a 77 yard touchdown pass to Jerry Rice
Steve young threw him more.
@@donnelladams8362
Montana Played 6 years with Rice
Young played 8 years with Rice
I would only try it if I lived by hills or bluffs
what an absolute monster.
When you look at Jerry running the hill when he was older compared to when he was younger what changed?
He has the natural hip lift, stride length and fluidity in his running form when he was younger.
His hairline
Black Mamba before Black Mamba, but like.. way warmer... like... Black Mambo.. or something
2:30 SUS noises big man
WR’s dont train like JR did anymore. They train for speed. If they started to train for stamina, flexibility, & injury prevention they could play for 20+ years like he did. But WR’s put too much emphasis on 40’s & combine drills nowadays.
If you watch this video you are in cross country🧐🤔🤔🤔🤔😔😔✊✊✊🏻✊🏻
this is such intelligent training. running uphill is such a great workout but doesn't tax the joints like running downhill or even on the flats
Amogus sussy baka
