I just don’t understand virtual queues. I mean, they’re probably helpful for the first few months that a ride is open for crowd control purposes, but there’s absolutely no need for them 6+ months after the ride’s opening.
I assure you that Test Track isn't a good enough ride (IMO) to determine whether or not I go to Epcot. I think the rising cost of a Disney vacation plus rising costs of transportation to get there plus inflation that hits every other aspect of people's daily budgets are more than likely resulting in the lower crowds right now. And it doesn't help that planning a Disney vacation has just become unnecessarily complicated for the average person.
Heat has never stopped large crowds before. Holidays have never stopped large crowds before. I know what I hear on other channels as to why and from people on the street as to why. They aren’t saying it’s the heat. Plenty of ways to deal with the heat. Believing the crowds will be large doesn’t create a smaller crowd size. Everyone knows Christmas is crowded and it stays crowded. Heat, holidays, and crowds isn’t the reason. Also this low crowd situation has been going on for awhile. I hope Disney gets in front of this. One way would be to drop ticket prices as a temporary sell for the rest of the year and announce this immediately so people can plan a trip this fall. If they don’t do things fast enough they won’t get the trip planners from other states who care about saving money on ticket prices. Locals have annual passes and can make last minute decisions to go without the need for lower ticket prices. They need to hire people who understand normal people who plan trips. I don’t think the people in charge have a clue what we have to do to create a trip from several states away to come there for the week. Or they do understand and they just don’t want us.
Seriously you don't know why Disney isn't as crowded? Everyone was at Sea World and Universal Studios. Sea World was at capacity and had to turn people away and Universal was insanely busy. Guess Why? Disney has turned away from family values, had only 1/4 of their usual July 4th decor up. People are getting sick of it. Their firework show on the 4th was only 7 minutes long, where Sea Worlds was 26 mins long, celebrating our nation. Its all over tic toc and IG where everyone was.
Kyle, I really feel you are missing out on fun happenings at Universal. I appreciate your loyalty to Disney but branch out more to the other parks. Seaworld and Universal would be a nice change of pace.
Then i suggest you watch those content creators that does that stuff, kyle has said he don’t like universal as much as Disney and we have never seen him at sea world i dont think, he used to work for disney as well he built this channel around Disney , jojos world does some universal and sea world content I suggest you watch him or watch coaster studios lol
I just moved back to Florida and was previously a Disney annual passholder, and grew up going every year. One day at Volcano Bay proved to me that Universal AP is the move right now. So long Disney!
Kyle, do you scream and talk your way through thrill rides because you know you're on camera? Or do you do that normally when you're not recording? It's a bit much.
I noticed Disney is inflating the stand-by wait times for the rides.. says "40 minutes" but not even 15 in reality.. it's a way of pushing people to pay for Genie+ when it's not necessary
I will never do virtual que again ever. I spent my entire birthday dealing with Disney continuously changing the que time we had . This experience took the entire magic out of Disney and opened my eyes as to the lack of fun I was having on a recent vacation. I use to love visiting all the parks and I now find myself looking in other directions for vacations.
If this was filmed on July 3rd, then it would make sense that there weren't that many people. Most people travel on the 3rd so they are at their destination on the 4th.
I have been a huge Disney fan since I was 5 years old…and I am old. We were in Disney in May. It was nice to have lower crowds, but For the first time ever I had to admit to my daughter that I enjoyed our trip to Universal Studios last year more than the Disney trip….she almost fainted😅 Disney has made the experience less enjoyable over the past several years.😢
Yes. Virtual queue doesn’t work for us as we’re never in park after 12:00 pm. Even when a hotel guest I can’t get in virtual queue before 2pm. I’m not paying for it either. Total ripoff. Yes yes yes. Standby line!

I was there two weeks ago, i didn't think the crowd levels feom previous years was different. But it's now just a miserable experience. At least when they were dipping your pockets it was done with a smile and sprinkle of fairy dust. The path this DEI inspired company has gone has completely washed that fairy dust away. You are now aware how kuch you are being scammed. The Magic kingdom relied on a nostalgic factor, especially from adults. Young kids now with the technology they've had since they could talk wonder what the hell this oark is. A bad joke with cheap animatronics straight out of an 80s traveling fair ground. Some of the ride are that bad(if they are not breaking down) As people get older they get more "conservative" Disney is alienating the customer base that keep these parks going. And i don't think they are getting thise people (me included) back any time soon.
Why is it so quiet? Because the truth about Disney is coming out, and the majority of people will not support it. And Disney has jacked up the price of everything. We can't afford Disney.
A little info. The fact Kyle is in the parks every day and is surprised there aren’t tons of people at the park shows it isn’t a Disney problem. It’s one day! It’s 100 degrees and we don’t go this week because we are afraid it will be packed. I would imagine a lot of people skip for the same reason. When Kyle goes to the parks and isn’t amazed by a low crowd you will know there is a problem.
Test Track… why, after driving 15 hours at or over 65 miles an hour would we want wait in line and go on a ride for a few minutes at 60 miles an hour? 😂
FINALLY! Guests are standing up and yelling Disney, "NO MORE! The normal, middle class family CANNOT afford Disney NO MORE!" You get a better deal at Universal...Disney will be hurting even more when Epic Universe opens...I say GOOD! because they are not doing anything...if you think today is empty...wait until next year. I think Disney is counting on Annual Pass Holders and DVC to keep parks running!!!! If you agree, type YES **Kyle, show us what Mk looks like**
I love how people think universal doesn’t have high prices also.. have you seen the price of their fast pass or the cost of their shuttle bus from the airport? They are just as guilty. All resort theme parks including Disney have always had random weeks where it’s inexplicably quiet so it’s not as big of a deal as you think.
Kyle, July 4th fell this year in the middle of a week and not on a weekend. The schedule is more challenging. You really should check the wait-times before you enter a park. Genie Plus really wasn’t needed for Epcot. You have an annual pass. You can go on anything you want whenever you need to.
Go to Disney springs on a Friday night and check out the restaurant crowds, not people walking through but people actually sitting down and eating, not many and most places are near empty which is crazy….inflation!
Long lines in heat and humidity, unruly and inebriated guests making asses of themselves, having to stay on your phone all the time... I can get all those things elsewhere for much less money.
Reasons not to go to Disney on 4th of July week in no particular order: A- Expected large crowds B- Huge cost incurred to go. Especially in a family group. C-Florida summer heat and rain D- Pressure to plan every minute in advance or you think you won't have the best time *E- Backlash for Disney political stance. Possibly. Wasn't sure how to phrase this. I know there is more... I have been a pass holder in the past but stopped just before covid. We went last year in December and had a great time and will go again this December. Love your shows Kyle
My cousins and grandma went to Disney World a few weeks ago and it was supposed to be first time for the kids. It was a miserable time for them. Practically got stuck with bad weather, and them getting sick. Both my cousin and her mother ended up in the hospital and was told they have to go get checked out by their family doctor in their state. Got back home a week ago in that cramped van and now my grandma got sick since she caught what my cousin had. And knowing this, more likely all the kids will get sick within the week. Miserable first time at Disney. Smh 🤦🏽♀️
Yeah, Disney is too expensive. When you buy a Universal Studios pass, the Fast Pass is included with it. I don't have to buy it every single time I go and waste my money on a fast pass. Disney nickel-and-dimes you for absolutely everything, and quite frankly, there are too many Failed movies at this point that are just boring and just cash grabs and for some reason they don't take the advice of the people and just keep making these crappy movies and putting things in them that people dont want to see. They don't want to change the for the customers. Why would i want to go. Plus, all I have to do is watch your videos, and it's like I'm at Disney. I don't have to pay for it, and I guess I can feel the nostalgia. In my opinion, Universal is so much better. Plus, they're building the new Epic Universe, which is awesome! Why can't Disney do something like that? They make way more money than Universal ever has, plus Universal doesn't nickel-and-dime you for absolutely everything, and they don't get political at all, which is very nice. What Disney has to do is go back to how they were and lower the prices, especially for people today. They have so much money beyond belief. They could totally lower the prices for people who are struggling. There are people who don't have a lot of money in general right now. They can't afford it.
@@manateeburger yeah and the funny thing is they're not listening to any of their customers and going back to how they used to make movies. Maybe if they stop pushing all the political agendas as well in the movies that nobody wants to see or hear about maybe they could go somewhere. They could probably have a couple of new parks at this point.
We were there that day! I saw you in line at Regal Eagle and the day before at Studios....and the wait times were great all day! It was scorching, so that could have something to do with crowds. Love all the videos and me and Cash will keep watching daily!
The last time we were at Disney World was in 2012 , we stayed at the Boardwalk, it was still beautiful and magical for all the kids and adults in our family . Through the years we stayed in various places at Disney World , Grand Floridian , the Saratoga , Boardwalk. and the Animal Kingdom. With all the changes in Disney.we are surely glad we enjoyed the Disney World and Disneyland of the years gone by.
EPCOT is like it is because Disney destroyed the concept of EPCOT for its IP inserts. Horrible decision-making and skyrocketing ticket prices = nobody there.
I think people are honestly just broke… :( life is way too expensive and most of us can’t afford what we could like we did 5-10 years ago because of cost of living. And with increase of Disney prices it’s just not an affordable vaca anymore. 💔
It seems that things are just getting back to pre-2020 trends, summer crowds had been dropping for years before Covid. In 2019 we were shocked that our late June trip had much lower crowds than our September trip! The last few years were just weird with how the crowds were throughout the year, probably having practically year round festivals for the past 3-4 years helped a bit (although I'm so happy we're back to pre-2020 festival dates, love me some diet Epcot!). Also doesn't help that Disney stripped away all the resort perks (thankfully at least one is coming back soon), and the prices have been steadily increasing. We're APs so will keep going, amazing how much money those save, but if we had to buy tickets for each trip we'd probably have to drop down to just a single trip a year.
China’s political situation deteriorated. Don’t go there. It will be a better use of time and money to visit Fantasy Springs in Tokyo DisneySeas unless you already went there.

Disney isn't fast changing with the times, hardly anything new to get you to come back. Plus it takes them ages to build new attractions. Universal is going places, the house of mouse is struggling
The WDW parks are not busy because of all Disney parks on Earth, Florida have the least magical experiences, while charging exhorbitant prices to attend, shop and eat. Plus on top of that central Florida is already saturated. And wait until Epic Universe opens when we the majority of you people will realize how stale Disney World parks are. Let’s hope that the new projects announced at D23 earlier this month will turn things around.
We were there a few weeks ago for Tianas AP preview and normally EP is a 2 day park, open to close. But with no festival we actually got to take it slow, ate at Tepan Edo, since we normally fill up on booths, and we basically did a half day, starting in the evening for rides, then ate and closed the park. It was awesome to be able to enjoy parts of the park we normally miss because of the festival busy-ness.
When people are living in their cars and can't afford to feed their families unless they go to a food bank or work two or three jobs........nobody is going to give Mickey one thin dime.
I had to decide between a week's vacation at Disney World or health insurance. So Disney World is way overpriced. It isn't worth it anymore. On top of the close to 200 a person price tag for a day they want to charge you extra for rides now. what!!!! No thank you.
We used to go to Disney 6-8 times a year being dvc and annual pass holders. We are not maybe doing 2/3 trips if that and now with the das we aren’t going anymore. They lost us we didn’t renew and we are selling our dvc we will go to universal and other parks that allow us to show medical proof.

Sign of the times, Disney in 30 years will be todays malls. Abandoned and run down.
Disney has lost their minds, too expensive and woke for my taste. Screw them
Well they got the rich crowd ... since the rest of us are struggling with those PRICES!
@@edwardjones1482 you mean other content creators go to other parks? I had no idea!
It would give him much more to cover
My family and I decided to go to Cancun instead and other family members decided to book Hawaii instead. Its just to expensive right now.
He does it to not be demonetized due to copyright issues - he’s trying to block the music
@@haileyespinosa8400it's so annoyingly stupid. The good bloggers dont do that, they just overlay some music that's not as noticeable.
With the cost to feed a family these days people can't afford vacation. It's the time we are in.
If this was filmed on July 3rd, then it would make sense that there weren't that many people. Most people travel on the 3rd so they are at their destination on the 4th.
Not really I have been there for the 4th you go before it's just way to expensive and to planed out I will never go again it's been 8 years now
not true. the 3rd and 4th are usually 2 of the most crowded days at disney in past years
We have dropped down to one trip every two years, ( I know first world problems) there’s just nothing new that’s worth the cost.
I have been a huge Disney fan since I was 5 years old…and I am old. We were in Disney in May. It was nice to have lower crowds, but For the first time ever I had to admit to my daughter that I enjoyed our trip to Universal Studios last year more than the Disney trip….she almost fainted😅 Disney has made the experience less enjoyable over the past several years.😢
Kyle we love your videos. Been watching at least 3-4 years. Can’t thank you enough
We were there last week and it was empty also! The Guardians of Galaxy ride was awesome tho!!!
Yes. Virtual queue doesn’t work for us as we’re never in park after 12:00 pm. Even when a hotel guest I can’t get in virtual queue before 2pm. I’m not paying for it either. Total ripoff. Yes yes yes. Standby line!
Disney has chosen sides. They have also out priced their audience. People are tired of the ridiculous costs.
Sorry that Disney doesn’t cost $1 to get in sir 😂😂😂
@@edwardjones1482 Shill!!
@@edwardjones1482 $190 is not a dollar and that’s not even getting On every ride! If you enjoy paying those prices more power to you! Have a great day.
@@jdrew5367What? Of course the basic ticket gets you on all of the rides!
And adding woke agendas you think parents don’t see what’s happening I’m glad my kid went 2 years ago never again and she’s older now she don’t care for Disney
More and more of my friends have stopped going to Disney world they no longer feel it’s worth the money
Why is it so quiet? Because the truth about Disney is coming out, and the majority of people will not support it. And Disney has jacked up the price of everything. We can't afford Disney.
What "truth"?
Yeah all those OMG videos said it all. Discriminatory hiring practices, dumping classic Disney for more agenda driven storylines.
@@mickeytollison The heat is nothing new. Sorry, but Universal is packed.
@@IceKnight81 OMAHGERDS THE CULTURE WAR doodz /rolls eyes until my eyes don't work anymore
Disney has gotten ver expensive for the average family
Price, price, and value for that price.
Disney literally has the worst food in their parks. And you will pay over $100 for 3 people to eat non nutritious garbage.
Test Track… why, after driving 15 hours at or over 65 miles an hour would we want wait in line and go on a ride for a few minutes at 60 miles an hour? 😂
FINALLY! Guests are standing up and yelling Disney, "NO MORE! The normal, middle class family CANNOT afford Disney NO MORE!"
You get a better deal at Universal...Disney will be hurting even more when Epic Universe opens...I say GOOD! because they are not doing anything...if you think today is empty...wait until next year.
I think Disney is counting on Annual Pass Holders and DVC to keep parks running!!!! If you agree, type YES
**Kyle, show us what Mk looks like**
I don’t 😂
@@edwardjones1482 SHILL !!!!
@@garystrankman3841 I’m sorry if Disney is too expensive for you 😂
I love how people think universal doesn’t have high prices also.. have you seen the price of their fast pass or the cost of their shuttle bus from the airport? They are just as guilty. All resort theme parks including Disney have always had random weeks where it’s inexplicably quiet so it’s not as big of a deal as you think.
2024 F&G Festival was NOT CANCELLED.
The Festival was Ended Early / Cut Short by Disney
(for whatever reason).
No money coming in theyll do it at a loss it’s not rocket science
It’s been TWO years since Guardians opened at Epcot, it’s time for Disney to let go of the virtual queue.
Reasons not to go to Disney on 4th of July week in no particular order:
A- Expected large crowds
B- Huge cost incurred to go. Especially in a family group.
C-Florida summer heat and rain
D- Pressure to plan every minute in advance or you think you won't have the best time
*E- Backlash for Disney political stance.
Smh 🤦🏽♀️
Love an empty park. It is getting very expensive for disney.
That’s the result of a bad business plan.
disney is absurbly overpriced for theme parks. but then again its one of the best
"It's the economy stupid!" Mic Drop
The can't cause they are losing too much money in their tv and movie divisions
All those Frozen characters should be singing rn:
“And you can have it all,
My empire of dirt.
I will let you down,
I will make you hurt.”
EPCOT is like it is because Disney destroyed the concept of EPCOT for its IP inserts. Horrible decision-making and skyrocketing ticket prices = nobody there.
Maybe crowds are down because they are disappointed when they order bread pudding, but receive banana pudding.
That made me laugh out loud! I thought the same thing when I saw his pudding! 😀
It will be a better use of time and money to visit Fantasy Springs in Tokyo DisneySeas unless you already went there.
it's not only the price guys, Test Track is in renovation, Epcot has just guardians of galaxy or frozen but that's it, a main attraction like Test Track and the crowd is less
The heat has never stopped ppl from going to theme parks stop being a Disney puppy its the prices. And the other parks djsn the street have better deals
Why would I spend almost $10k for a week with my family to sleep in a small room that looks like a generic Hilton, stand in long lines in the heat, and eat mediocre overpriced food?
Sounds like Six Flags is the park for you!
If you are paying $10k to go to Disney you are over paying. I can go on Disney cruise for that price.
@@mickeytollisonI love Disney parks which is why it's upsetting to see how they are pricing out middle class patrons all while lowering the quality of product
@@markw34557 nights in a deluxe is around $5k. Add in park tickets, genie, food, airline, merch, and you can easily get to $10k for a week with a family of 4.
Six nights at Wyndham Bonnet Creek - $1200 with free airfare!❤. Opens you up to other parks and attractions!
I would still go to Epcot with test track down. Guardians, frozen, remy’s and drinking around the world would bring me in still. I think it’s just because people are saving Epcot for the 4th
The other parks are having low attendance too. It's not an individual park thing
Here’s a question, where are all the children in the park? Is it due to being in school?
See lots of adults in the park.
That’s not BREAD pudding it’s banana pudding. 😅
Kyle this world is bigger than Disney my guy. The economy is hurting BAD! Like someone said in the comments “the middle class is gone” the dollar is collapsing. Scary times ahead 🙏🏻

Calm down everyone. It was one very hot day with thunderstorms in the forecast. The parks over the 3rd and 4th were jammed.
Father/son getaway from Chicago to WDW a week from today! Hoping the low crowds continue through our trip. Hitting all 4 parks and Typhoon Lagoon. Test Track being down is not a deal breaker.
Speaking of somebody who can afford to go to Disney and I own a vacation club membership my family and I have stopped wanting to go to Disney because they went woke and they pushed the alphabet community on children
Exactly. We spend $10k on annual passes yearly. They went woke. We went to Paris instead.
Would you say that the crowd projection sites like undercover tourist which is my go to aren't accurate so far this summer?
Disney isn't fast changing with the times, hardly anything new to get you to come back. Plus it takes them ages to build new attractions.
Universal is going places, the house of mouse is struggling
Gonna miss Test Track
They arent removing it or anything, just changing it up really.
All I wear is black. Summer is no different.
Great Daily Dose KP!
Remember back then when you could get a ticket for sixty dollars to 70 those where the days
Might be due to the DAS changes, if the disabled member can't go and enjoy themselves, the whole family isn't going either.
