Your thoughtful comment is very much appreciated! The lake is not very deep in most areas, and the driver knows where to not take people who may not know how to swim. However safety jackets are always a must. I just doubt these poor people will be able to afford them and provide them to their passengers. Your comment about April 27th and May 1st is on point.
