These are practices that I have had to adopt and incorporate into my daily habits in order to stay in my power. Always remember your true power comes from within. When we let go of the outside world and go within, the transformation begins and we allow ourselves to come back into our true goddess nature.

@@d0467 Understanding that you are worthy simply because God Himself chose to create you. You showed up on the planet; that means that you are here for a reason. Search out that reason, and find your true calling, your purpose. That’s when you’ll find yourself immensely productive! However, you are not “unworthy” before you find this purpose; you are simply not yet focused. God does have a plan for you though; and sooooo......the search begins! Joy!

@@kjag87 That's okay. In fact that is the very kind of attention span meditation helps. Even 2-3 minutes on focused breathing will make a difference. If that is too long start even with a minute. I know because I have attention problems and I did 2-3 minute meditations, then 5, then 10. Remember NO pressure 😊

my 4 year old nephew is in the hospital suffering from cancer. it is a very difficult time for me and my family especially for my sister who is there with him 24/7 in the hospital. they live in another continent and me and my parents can''t even go to support them due to the pandemic. i will send him so much of divine love and will visualize white light penetrating all this cells and organs and muscles and tissues. and i will do the same for my sister and brother in law. i love them all so much. god bless them and all who are suffering or not. thank you Isabel for such an amazing and heart-touching video.

Whenever I try to meditate I always end up crying, i am so unbelievably insecure, I’ve been bullied and judged all my life and no matter how hard I try nothing helps. I’m so stuck oof
You’re not alone love, 💞 hang in there.. you are beautiful.
Cry, feel those emotions. Feel what is triggering you. Sometimes that crying your doing while meditating is releasing those emotions. But that crying can also be your body acknowledging that you are showing it self love. That you are showing yourself self love. Keep on meditating. Write down those negative beliefs you are feeling and thinking when they come up. Acknowledge them and do not judge yourself. Be kind to yourself when these negative beliefs come out. It's ok, everyone has them. Now release. They are not yours to hold. Sometimes these negative beliefs come from other people and what they told us about ourselves or beliefs of society or others that we have made our own. Write them down. And if you can try making an affirmation that counteracts that limiting Belief. Like if you don't feel lovable, do an affirmation that says, "I feel loved everyday." Or "I am lovable." Anything that will counteract the negative belief. Sometimes you have to try a few affirmations and see what affirmation your brain believes. Because you are lovable, you are beautiful, and you are loved and capable of doing great things. Remember that. And keep on saying those affirmations to rewrite the negative belief.
I suggest you to read the book "Breaking the habit of being yourself" by Dr. Joe Dispenza. I struggled with anxiety and my self confidence for a long time and it helped me a lot!

Yes I’ve heard many stories where when people meditate it brings up everything from the past and present, especially dark feelings that may have been suppressed. When you’re crying and acknowledging those emotions, I think it’s a way of finally dealing with it and facing it, and that does not make you pathetic!! It’s means you’re doing it right. Eventually it’ll get easier, for now accept those feelings that you’ve had and accept that it doesn’t make you any less of a beautiful human being and once you face these emotions and pain, you give them less power cause you’ll slowly stop being afraid of them. We have to accept what we’ve been through, we need to learn not to be ashamed of it, we have to learn to love our not so perfect sides cause we all have it. With meditating, I think you’ll come to realize that these emotions and fears don’t have to control you and they do not define you. Good luck and try to believe in yourself. I’m with you, I’m trying too, trust me you’re not alone and if you’re pathetic then we’re all pathetic haha cause we’ve all had our scars. Much love from me and everyone else here ❤️

Do all you said everyday and I can honestly say it has safe my life from massive anxiety and depression... single mom and got two toddlers that I homeschool and I work from home 😔it’s being very stressful and the negative thoughts seem to come up less when ever I write, 🎨, design, exercise and help other clients with their brand. Yeah, have a small team but yeah this really helps to hear this today. 🙏🏽 and yeah It feels good to tap creativity on a daily basis, it helps through mental illness.
