Rokid's new computing device reminds me of the Nimo core, which will allow both Rokid and Xreal to have multiple spatial windows. In fact, this device looks so much like that of Nimo's i won't be surprised if Rokid worked with Nimo to make that.
Yeah i also thought the same. But nimo seems like not as powerful as rokid station 2. Nimo probably will allow browsing internet and documents viewer independently and for more advanced productivity it will require connecting to phone / computer. But rokid station 2 seems very powerful to work independently and provides options to get many apps without connecting to other devices.
Kola, a newer trend lot of companies started to implement is setting a waiting list. For Rokid AR Lite, Kickstart acts similar. They put people on waiting list this way people can warm up to their product. Also, it's a great tool to measure initial demand
Thanks letting us know about Rokid AR Lite! Could you recommend AR glasses that are good for handling multiple screens for work and media consumption with the current glasses we have? I'm looking for something portable that doesn't require purchasing additional accessories like a beam. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
How do you think the Viture Pro XR will compare to this one? Both seem quite similar beside the adjustable IPD in Rokid AR LIte. I personally quite like the look of the Viture Pro XR.
Viture pro xr can compete with the rokid max, not these ones with the rokid station 2. That station 2 is what take this to a whole different level. The viture xr are no different than any regular xr glasses that came out in the last 2 years, just refinements. The Rokid lite and Xreal ultra are game changers.
@@KingKola_ After seeing the XBeam Pro, which looks just like a mid-range phone with a mid-range SOC, it makes me wonder, can't Xreal or Rokid just design an Android app that we can install on our phones to use them as AR stations?
hope you'll get to review this and compare it with max. btw your video seems have a low frame rate, it looks jumpy. anyways. will sub for future rokid content
I have basic Xreal Air & it supports 3 virtual monitors 72/90 Hz (use it with Macbook Air/Pro M1) and it is not that great feature, in most cases I use glasses without Nebula application.. Also many people say Rokid's adjustment wheel for people with poor vision does not help, so they need to fix that too if they want to be successful on market .... Xreal also has some kind of mobile device with Android inside, but I can hardly think of how it can be used, in all cases you need to have your smartphone with you, unless you will watch some offline vids ◝(ᵔᵕᵔ)◜
Hey Kola Did you here about TCL RayNeo air2 glasses with Mirror studio Software? 46 FOV with 3DoF , 5 multiple fixed spatial screens at 380 USD? 120 Hz 600 nits ua-cam.com/video/ws-lMXhOc-w/v-deo.html

@ketley2aug oh yeah with 8g of ram, i think it'll definitely be quite powerful
Kickstarter means no accountability. Uses those people as paid to test and can’t return
@leonboy9388 interesting, i had no idea it worker like that when purchasing off kickstarter
@leonboy9388 I don't think that means ppl can't return their units purchased off of Kickstarters site.

Interesting, thanks for that.

You don't need the beam to get multiple screens with xreal, you can simply use the software called ArMoni
Will be interesting if this device will work with the Xreal as many have already invested in the glasses.
Probably not, but Nimo core is already making one that will work with Xreal. The company themselves told me this.
@@KingKola_that sounds amazing. Do you have enough info to make a video out of it? Would love to hear about it
@@poetro2567 I don't unfortunately
Rewatching this i feel i have to wait for rokid ar lite until now, the rokid max 2 is out but im looking for spatial display.
@johnosam4681 I have what you're looking for. It'll be announced on the 4th, and i'll have a video dropped then too.

Hope Rokid will hear your call. Cause i'm very interesting in buying that product but i won't do it without your honest and wise advice.
I appreciate that 🙏🏾
I wonder if the windows can be placed wherever you want, or if they have a fixed location?
you can place it wherever you want
@@KingKola_ oh really? Ok cool now I'm definitely considering it
Wassup with the framerate in the portions where you're in the white t-shirt tho?
Must be the video editing sw or whatever using 16 FPS or so
Xreal beam pro looking forward to your thoughts on the new device
I'll make a video soon
What do you think of XReal Beam Pro?
It's very interesting, I wasn't expecting something with a screen, that's for sure.

I want the station 2 so bad. I hope for an xreal compatibility. Bc I'm not buying new frames
Same lol, although there is a company making the same thing that will be compatible with X real
bro your visuals are great on your video.. but your audio is too low :) just for your info

Meanwhile back at apple. That will be $100,000.00

I'm talking about in terms of mobile spatial computing that isn't tethered to the phone or pc. A standalone like the beam or rokid station.
