Just started on my FL journey 3 weeks back. Started from basic tuck now I can do the advanced tuck with good form for about 5-7 secs. I will give myself about a year.
For those of you wondering, 5000+ hours is about 8 and a half to 10 months of training, without stop. So if i was to guess, training an hour everyday for 14+ years is what it takes. Stay motivated and work hard everyday and lets make some gains together👍.
Looking at these guys is both motivating and demotivating at the same time. I truly wonder how one even gets to such a level without basically doing nothing else but working out.
Some of these guys are enhanced and compete at high levels (or live for fitness) but dont get demotivated because of this, you can still get amazing results and you will if you keep working out.
I just started calisthenics about 1 week ago im 6’3 240 pounds I’m working on the muscle up I have been focusing on full extended pull ups so i will give myself about 5 months to succeed if I don’t I won’t give up I will just keep going but the planche oof my heavy self it will take maybe 4-5 years😅
Yo! We have just made our first video ever,it would be an absolute honor if you could watch the video and tell us what you think about it!All best in life and happy new year!💪💪
1:57 finally a guy who has some strength. leg strength. i don't care about those calistheics move if you can't use the most important part of the human wich is the legs properly aka jumping/running.
Math is not our gym guys strong point I see so let's make this easier to scale. There are 40 hours in a typical work week, which is 8 hours per 5 days of a week. There are 4.35 weeks in a month but for estimation let's just use 4 weeks: 40 hours times 4 weeks equals 160 hours a month. 160 x 12 (12 months in a year) equals 1920. The average person works 1920 hours a year. Yes. Now imagine 5000 actual hours of calisthenics or any training for that matter. You can now see the title is more than reasonable, yes? By the way.. There are 8760 hours in a year. By no means will anyone do 5000 hours in a year. Enjoy.
Ami lo que me importa es tener una fuerza brutal , ya ala edad de 16 años sin una rutina diaria ya era capaz de levantar mas de 100 kilos creo que lo maximo que leva te fueron 170kilos o 180 por ahi
These guys have progressively worked their exercise to the degree where minimal joint stress is taking place. It's just mind blowing levels of muscle control and strength.
The most beautiful channel in the world I swear to you
Yeah this is art... when lifting or calisthenics are done right it’s like art.
Not just beautiful but very functional and strength boosting muscle.

You get ripped and you're flexible too . That's the magic of calisthenics ,🙌♥️

The back on the thumbnail is insane
the back on the thumbnail is steroids and its a clickbait since its nowhere in the video

Genetics, diet, environment, mental health and the use of steroids play a role too.

Calisthenics is much more fun and rewarding IMO. There’s nothing wrong with bodybuilding, but I prefer calisthenics way more

when doin 50 push ups just isn't enough anymore.
When you can use weights but can't do calisthenics because your joints are fucked up
Love the results calisthenics gives, but sorry, i know nobody want to hear this, some angles are pure joint destruction
Of course there are going to be angles which ruin your joints humans are not perfect we can’t twist however we like
These guys have progressively worked their exercise to the degree where minimal joint stress is taking place. It's just mind blowing levels of muscle control and strength.
You can certainly prepare and strengthen your joints to take a lot of strain but it takes a while.
Yes planche is pretty bad on your shoulder joints.
Please noa I watched all your videos but you never upload a indian guy doing calisthenics..😔😔
Please upload if you can...
