For those of you wondering, 5000+ hours is about 8 and a half to 10 months of training, without stop. So if i was to guess, training an hour everyday for 14+ years is what it takes. Stay motivated and work hard everyday and lets make some gains together👍.

Math is not our gym guys strong point I see so let's make this easier to scale.
There are 40 hours in a typical work week, which is 8 hours per 5 days of a week. There are 4.35 weeks in a month but for estimation let's just use 4 weeks: 40 hours times 4 weeks equals 160 hours a month.
    160 x 12 (12 months in a year) equals 1920.
The average person works 1920 hours a year. Yes. Now imagine 5000 actual hours of calisthenics or any training for that matter. You can now see the title is more than reasonable, yes?
By the way.. There are 8760 hours in a year. By no means will anyone do 5000 hours in a year. Enjoy.
