First off you dont tell us the ingrident amounts, second off the choclate waffle batter looks diffrent from what you orignally mixed up, thirdly thats extremly tedious for some ceral flavored waffles when you cna cuse coco, vanilla, and cinnamon sugar for the same effect.

This is really cool but could you add the measurements please?
I mean if you wanna replicate it, just literally make chocolate, vanilla and cinnamon waffles for the first one, honey for the second one, and as for the third one you would need to simply make a bunch of different batches of waffles using fruit extract flavoring and dye. Then make a simple butter cream an melt some white chocolate. Although in my opinion their just extra for the sake of being extra as it would be very tedious to assemble something like that in my opinion.
