The conscientious quiz question is not accurate. First, it only gives you part of the information about how the construct is related to other constructs. However, the answer gives you another piece of information that is related to not 'predicting' conscientious for a group of employees. Also, both validity and reliability are important because if we lack one of them then our measurement is poor. Therefore, the quiz lacks construct validity to begin with :)

Please do not refer to samples as "accurate." A good sample is REPRESENTATIVE of a population.
