I would expect that a big influencer like you would have done some research on the background of the scheme itself. I would like to like inform you that Bahria Orchard Phase-4 where these SQ homes are being built is not yet an LDA approved scheme. LDA does not take any responsibility of any transaction being done by anyone in this scheme. In this regard your video can potentially cause harm to the potential home owners or investors. I hope you understood my concern and would take appropriate action.
This also means LDA will not be responsible for providing this scheme essentials like water also.

e.you have talked that water, sanitation, and electricity are provided. They were working as shown. What about Sui Gas. Who will provide the same and who will bear the expenditures of pipeline and meter fixing?
