Hmm.. I'd say it could be ANYTHING. As in, *actually anything*, so I heavily doubt it's just limited to objects (so, yes to pulling allmight out of your device and yes to the physical features!). The affs don't state anything limiting, so the only thing that'd could limit you from anything would be your imagination. 👀
As for how you'd know.. I guess you could just try every now and then? Or maybe script something like a sign? For example, 'I'll see a pink elephant on a motorcycle drive by my house' or something else along those lines that's more than just hyper specific.

Has this worked for anyone?
I got results 😊. I'm able to pull things and it copies it onto me. I haven't progressed to pulling things out of my phone yet, i still need to practice/train.
But i was able to transfer my mindet onto someone who asked, and who is my friend. So, what i told them to do is to put their hand on their phone and ill put mine on my phone.
And than i js think about them pulling my mindset and it replacing their current mindset. And it worked but i felt very weak afterwards 😭. And was literally shaking but it was because i used too much energy.
And me practicing using this power, would make sure this doesn’t happen again. But i can pull things onto me by just thinking about it, using my hand, or trying to pull stuff out of my phone.
@pullar_girl3006 Hmm, I stopped listening to the sub, but it gave me good results. Like pulling a characters luck and then, after that, being lucky in the smallest things, leading to bigger things.
I remember I also pulled having a another character's life, and it was hectic and traumatizing 😭. But worth it in the end 😌.
