I edged my mass market copy in black and I color coded the guidebook page edges with highlighters to separate the categories. I’m super happy with it, it’s a great deck 😃

I love that they kept the box design. I dislike when boxes change because the deck loss some of its original identity then. I actually got the indie version of this deck which makes me a bit upset that there are 4 extra cards in the mass market version. It’s no fun when this happens because you don’t want to buy another copy for the extra cards. I wish the creator would offer these extra cards alone as add ons .. that would be cool 😁
Hey, it’s Kara! Thank you so much for supporting the indie. I’m sorry it was frustrating about the extra cards- please know that wasn’t my intention! I felt those beings asking to be added and wanted to honor them when I had the opportunity. If we’d published a second edition on our own, I would have gladly made them available as an expansion pack. Now that we’re MM, I’m no longer allowed to sell any cards from the deck. (They would be noticeably different from the indie anyway because of a slightly different size and card stock.) At any rate, I do appreciate you very much! 💛
Just bought this deck from Hay House. I bought this deck because it is balanced and there is a lot to work with on each card. This is my first Oracle deck. I was looking for something that would work well with tarot. So many Oracle decks are all love and light. While I feel there are times a deck like that is needed, it’s not reality. The cards are great quality and there are 52 in the deck which is another reason I bought this deck. I can also see using this deck in readings for others. 💜
I just got my MM prairie majesty. I'm SO EXCITED for this one. So excited to pair it up with my wandering star tarot among other! I just feel they would go SO WELL together!

Thanks for the comparison! I've got the mass market hay house version on my list. With the extra cards and both versions being so similar, I'm glad I waited for the mass market version for this one.

Looks like Hay House did a great job. The four added cards are nice, and I’m glad they exist, but I’ll stick with my original version. I think the MM version will make a great gift, though.
I have the mass market version and the only thing I have found is the edges feel a little rough but I am going to give them the slightest trim which will fix it.

I like the indie deck better!!because of the edge colors on the book and it’s the book is in color
I’m really glad that you did a comparison between the two versions because I was kicking myself for not backing the indie version. I love everything about this deck but was feeling a little let down by the card stock and was wondering if it differed greatly from the indie. I don’t mind that there’s no gilding for this one and now plan to edge the deck in black (thanks for the idea, Lisa!). So, having seen you do this walkthrough, I feel so much better about my mass market purchase. Thanks! 💕

I really liked your initial walkthrough of this deck, and then a friend of mine showed me her mass market copy and I freaked out about the bobcat card because that's what I call my boyfriend XD
