Just sand the hubcaps w/ a 1/4 sheet electric sander then spray w/ Krylon Dull Aluminum. (if ya can still find it). Also, do i see Gold Toyota badges. That's what mine has.

I already sold it and I believe I got those hubcaps for 20 bucks a piece back when I bought them new. With the price of paint now, plus your time and other supplies you may possibly be better of just buying the caps new, but I could be wrong. No, the badges weren’t gold on this one.
