Indeed, it's like how during the age of exploration we had maps of the world that were decently accurate all things considered but our estimates for the Americas were still way off. We may have had passable maps of the world that gave a good overall perspective, but there were a lot of details that needed filling in. Hell even in this age of satellites there's corners of the world we still haven't explored, they may be sitting there on the map but we know little to nothing about them.
That's why I was so disappointed by One Piece World Seeker. If you're going to have an open world game then just use the One Piece world as it is. That's the dream game right there!
as a game...one piece best should go 'wow or overwatch' sort alikes, either do as open world online or team (pirate crew) vs team (pirate crew) multiplayer, not trying to be the next "skyrim"....

I think that reverse mountain spews you out only in one direction, and laugh take is the first island the opposite direction of that. Since the red line is now behind you after being shot out, you have to go all around again
Raftel isnt the last island of the Grand Line, instead is one of the many random islands of that sea. It need the directions given by the Road Poneglyphs to reach it maybe because is an island without magnetic field.
You can only enter the grand line through one side of the grand line. Laugh tale is at the other side of reverse mountain, the one not accessible. It is very close to where the journey began, but it takes a circumnavigation of the globe to reach it.

I have the biggest feelling that one of the final things to happen in One Piece, will be the destruction of the Red Wall, where it intersects the Grand Line. This will irrevocably change the weather systems of the world, and possibly eradicate the calm belts, thus, allowing freedom of travel for all the people of the world.

The strange weather causing the world of one piece is because it has numerous of moons, cant tell how many there are but that pretty much explains, other phenomenon affects its planet, even races could explains why.
As far as we know, you either have to cross over the red line (going through Mariejois), under the red line (Fishman Island) or through the calm belt and swing around into Paradise. Of course there's also the possibility of routes we don't know of. Perhaps Raftel itself links to Paradise.

About the map at 6:14. I've always thought that it was the other way round basically. A mirror image of sorts. I thought the Straw Hats entered the Reverse Mountain from one side of the Red Line and exited the other. Something that would work if the New World and "Paradise" were flipped and if the exit was not towards the right (in that "X-- " created in the Reverse Mountain), but towards the left (like so: --X). In terms of our understanding of chartography, I was always under the impression that the Straw Hats were travelling towards the West, not the East (not to confuse these terms with West/East Blue). But your map, as well as others I've seen suggest the opposite thing which surprised me. And a question for everyone. What prohibits anyone with propelled ship (for example like Bege's) to cross the Calm Belts and enter the New World at any point he likes from North or West Blue? edit: The first part of my comment is wrong. I went and rewatched part of episode 61 (around the 14th minute) and Nami has a map which shows the exact same thing as this video.
I've always wonderd how the F Moria would get thriller bark across the red line to the new world. Coating that ship seems like quite a big task, well they did coat Noah so who knows.
All the islands have different seasons but the weather of the islands depends on it's name. Like the Winter islands still have snow even during summer.

Luffy crossed the Reverse mountain....and also went through under the Red line by reaching Fishmen island.... How come he already crossed the Redline twice and travel across the New world already???
He was in the east blue (where he is from) and then went to reverse mountain to enter the 'paradise' grand line and then after he finished almost all the islands in the first part of the grand line, he went to fishman Island which was under the sea level. He later went through a hole to enter the 'new world' which was behind the massive red line. Simple

I'm halfway through Alabasta and there's one thing at the back of my mind whenever I watch the show; How in the hell does a normal person get from the northern hemisphere to the southern one (and vise versa)? The red line is huge, so they clearly don't just go over it and use that as a passageway, because that would insinuate that the passage through paradise was pointless and they could just start halfway. I doubt regular people would be able to go under it because that would even more so insinuate that the travel through paradise is pointless. And obviously, there's no form of air travel, because everyone is sailing everywhere. in episode 385 at 15:10 they go around the grand line to the left, not to the right. The map shown is mirrored horizontally. Exiting the reverse mountain would lead them to go to the left instead of the right.
Mate...if you look at my final map and imagine entering reverse mountain from East Blue, there is no choice but to travel left in paradise from the perspective of East Blue. This mapping doesn't change any of that.
I understand what you're saying and I looked back at the episode but you need to realise that it doesn't change the layout of the map. You also might need to to understand that a globe and a map are two different things. In the episode you are shown their progress on a globe which is a very different perspective from a bird's eye map. Seriously, do what I said, look my map and pretend you're entering the Grand Line from East Blue. If you were to do that, from your perspective you would be travelling LEFT from then onwards.

Destroying the red line will also destroy the fishman island.. that's why joy boy gave them the Noah's ark, for them to evacuate when the time comes, and how the prophecy that Luffy will destroy the fishman island will come true. Destroying the Red Line will also destroy the power the World Government have on the world of one piece since the world government is using it to control and manipulate information that circulates the whole world. Also Mary Geoise the capital of the world government is on the Red Line, destroying it will also destroy the heart of the world government of One Piece.

About the map at 6:14. I've always thought that it was the other way round basically. A mirror image of sorts. I thought the Straw Hats entered the Reverse Mountain from one side of the Red Line and exited the other. Something that would work if the New World and "Paradise" were flipped and if the exit was not towards the right (in that "X-- " created in the Reverse Mountain), but towards the left (like so: --X). In terms of our understanding of chartography, I was always under the impression that the Straw Hats were travelling towards the West, not the East (not to confuse these terms with West/East Blue). But your map, as well as others I've seen suggest the opposite thing which surprised me.
And a question for everyone. What prohibits anyone with propelled ship (for example like Bege's) to cross the Calm Belts and enter the New World at any point he likes from North or West Blue?
edit: The first part of my comment is wrong. I went and rewatched part of episode 61 (around the 14th minute) and Nami has a map which shows the exact same thing as this video.
If you have a specific eternal log pose or new world log pose then you can do it. Witouth such items you won't know where the islands are.

I've always wonderd how the F Moria would get thriller bark across the red line to the new world. Coating that ship seems like quite a big task, well they did coat Noah so who knows.
All the islands have different seasons but the weather of the islands depends on it's name. Like the Winter islands still have snow even during summer.
actually depends on the definition, we have had autumn islands in onepeice, autumn like spooky October Halloween dying tree land.... or maybe not.

Either via fishmen island, implying there's a sea floor level looong passage through the Redline continent, or by officially legal way: via Red Port at Marygeoise's, specifically with a help of bondolas.

He was in the east blue (where he is from) and then went to reverse mountain to enter the 'paradise' grand line and then after he finished almost all the islands in the first part of the grand line, he went to fishman Island which was under the sea level. He later went through a hole to enter the 'new world' which was behind the massive red line. Simple

I'm halfway through Alabasta and there's one thing at the back of my mind whenever I watch the show; How in the hell does a normal person get from the northern hemisphere to the southern one (and vise versa)? The red line is huge, so they clearly don't just go over it and use that as a passageway, because that would insinuate that the passage through paradise was pointless and they could just start halfway. I doubt regular people would be able to go under it because that would even more so insinuate that the travel through paradise is pointless. And obviously, there's no form of air travel, because everyone is sailing everywhere. Like seriously what does someone from east blue do if they want to get to the west blue (and vise versa) I DON'T UNDERSTAND AND I CAN'T FIND ANY ANSWERS. reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee The show's commitment to great world-building has left me baffled as to ultimately unimportant details. I think I have some form of OCD, honestly this just proves it in my mind lol

What I want to know is how do you leave the new world without going through the calm belt. Like say amazingly you reach the opposite side of reverse mountain, are you just stuck there now?
in episode 385 at 15:10 they go around the grand line to the left, not to the right.
The map shown is mirrored horizontally.
Exiting the reverse mountain would lead them to go to the left instead of the right.
Mate...if you look at my final map and imagine entering reverse mountain from East Blue, there is no choice but to travel left in paradise from the perspective of East Blue. This mapping doesn't change any of that.

I understand what you're saying and I looked back at the episode but you need to realise that it doesn't change the layout of the map. You also might need to to understand that a globe and a map are two different things. In the episode you are shown their progress on a globe which is a very different perspective from a bird's eye map. Seriously, do what I said, look my map and pretend you're entering the Grand Line from East Blue. If you were to do that, from your perspective you would be travelling LEFT from then onwards.
@@GrandLineReview you wouldn't be able to travel left because the reverse mountain would only spit you out going in one direction. The only direction you could go is West according to that episode
