    This was very profound. Goes deeper into the proper translation of that passage which makes more sense and aids in its proper understanding.

    The “TOIS” introduces the qualification of WHO this scripture reference is speaking TO.

    Very helpful comparison. Fascinating discussion. I checked the ESV, and it makes the same translation as the NIV. But the CSB renders it, "...the whole world may become subject to God's judgment." That doesn't go so far as to pronounce their actual guilt. But it does sound weightier in terms of God's judgment, IMHO.
