Good morning ❤! OMG I bought 4 Anthurium two weeks ago. And unfortunately, I was not happy with the way they were packaged and two of the plants were damaged and the other was fine. I don't know if I want to order from them again. Oh, I forgot to mention that they also have another store in CA. Sometimes they send rotten roots. customer service, well I don't know what to say... 🤦♀️
I live very close to them. And even going in person it can be a lot and a mess. You will get told lots of different prices, and when you go to check out it will be different 😂. I have kinda of a love hate relationship with them.
Hi Jaclynn, glad to see that those plants you got from Ecuagenera look good. It is always so great when getting shipped plants that they come in good condition. I have ordered plants from Steve's Leaves and Gabriella Plants and Planterina and they all came in great condition, Planterina is no longer available and that makes me super sad because they always had such beautiful plants that I really loved. Okay Jaclynn have a great weekend coming up, sending love and hugs, bye!! 😢😥🖤🖤🖤
The piper definitely don't let dry out. I got a piper from CT and as soon as I got it was rough. Unfortunately it never recovered 😢 Also I know what you mean I gave one of our favorite sellers from NY 3 chances and the last 3 orders were not good. I have finally stopped ordering from them. It was hard because a lot of my plants in 2023 came from them. I don't know what has happened to their shipping and customer service departments. Most of the time the packaging was wet but I didn't say anything because I thought it was normal. But I digress. I do think Ecuagenera takes them straight out of the jungle sometimes 😂 it seems like but I rather pick up in person now instead of having them ship
For the life of me I cannot understand WHY These sellers are shipping sopping wet plants!! I have gotten so many lately that I have taken a long break from buying online and palmstreet. It's like some sellers have the best shipping and others the worst ... it's fifty fifty. I always either get a molded melted plant or a very nice one. I would rather the plant be a little dry and droopy then sopping went and molding! You would think they would understand that basic concept as a large plant seller.
Beautiful plants. Im going to keep an eye on queen esmeralda. If it goes ok with you I will try again Straight queen is looking like the skin on an onion and yes I want to weep😂😂😂😂
I've been seriously considering Anthurium altaverapazense and bomboizense seedlings from them. I don't really need more Anthurium (or any plants, honestly), but you know how it is. The leaf on the altaverapazense is just crazy.
My last shipment from Ecuagenera came with floof. I wonder if they just changed their packaging standards. I’ve also seen people request upgraded shipping and they mention just sending them a message if you’d like to upgrade the shipping.
🍃🌱 love it ❤ tell us where do you introduce your new plants to your environment & what do you do the first 30 days when you buy them. I am assuming you isolate them from the ones you already have 💕 thanks
My Crystal Sky from them was sent with root rot 😭 it died within weeks. It was so sad. I also got a Philo Amazon Sunset and it was also in bad shape. Ended up putting the stem in a moss tub and 7 months later it sprouted new roots and leaves. Wish the plants weren’t sent soaking wet.
Buying plants online, I did once and that was enough for me! I’m too scared to risk the babies. I’ve lost 3/4 plants from online and nope. But I have had some that did great. But the last time did it in for me. 😂
I have only ordered from Ecuagenera in California on PalmStreet. I've ordered from them twice and the plants weren't too bad. I'm not sure how the packaging would be if I had more than two. I know with you being on the east coast that the best side for you to get them from. I've only watched them in their Cali location. I've briefly watched the Florida location but wasn't really interested in buying anything. I just like watching ladies from Cali. Hopefully these do good for you. Hopefully it was just a regular spider in that first Anthurium and not spider mites.
Truly disappointing wrapping on the plants, but think they may have gotten to you quick enough that they will likely bounce back quickly. They were cute plants and priced affordably. Hoping it was a regular spider on the plant. 🖤🖤🖤

Agree 100 percent about Ecuagenera FL and their shipping and lack of upgrade options. Ecuagenera CA is much better, in my opinion.
I haven't checked out the Cali lives just because I'm on the East Coast, but maybe I should, lol

Not everyone cares as much, unfortunately! I stick to the sellers I trust, and most are located on the East Coast, so shipping is super fast for me!
I agree ☝️
I thought I was the only one who complaint about them.. 😂

Sure hope it was just an actual web!!🕷🕸🖤🖤🖤
I bought my first anthurium this week. Wish me luck!🖤🖤🖤
You've got this! The next video I have on deck should help! 😊🖤
🖤🖤🖤🖤I only have ordered from them once.

Maybe they're just inconsistent bc I've had floof in some before, I'm pretty sure. If the prices weren't so low, I don't think I'd take the risk.
@@jaclynns.jungle I agree with that 100%. I’ve been fortunate my last two orders but I always keep my expectations low.
Love all your new plant babies! I really hope you didn’t get spider mites and it’s just a little spider friend 🥰🖤🖤🖤🖤
It seems to be okay!! 😊🖤
🖤🖤 Hi Jaclynn! Well at least they are better than the last haul from them...lol
🍃🌱 love it ❤ tell us where do you introduce your new plants to your environment & what do you do the first 30 days when you buy them. I am assuming you isolate them from the ones you already have 💕 thanks
I keep them in the bathroom for a little while and spray them every night with whatever I have

It really depends on who you buy from. I have personally never had any major issues with the plants I ship, or with buying from sellers I trust!
🖤 Hi. I've never had an issue with Ecuagenera but I live in Florida so plants ship really fast. Hurricane Debby did cause a lot of damage and delays.
“Do as I say, don’t do as I do.”
I kinda wanna get into anthuriums but I’m a little intimidated lol
Thank u always
I feel this in my soul LOL
We're going to have to start calling you the anthurium Queen instead of Hoya Queen. Also, I hope you got the package of the plant I sent you.
🖤I don’t want to order from them but they look cute 🥰 lol
It's definitely a bit risky, but the prices are also super low.
Tried them and yeah the plant came out very banged up and it lost all the leafs 😭😭 currently trying to save it
🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤 enjoy your new babies 🪴

Thank you for your packaging! Literally cringed when you opened that box and those where all bent up like that 😢😢
🖤💜🖤
Girl, you know I pack my plants like the precious little babies they are 🥰

Dont order from them again. Especially with spider mites .... Id have to bin them 😮😂
I dont see any mites or damage, so I think it was a regular spider
