On the step for the “kick” you click on the clamping beam pressure and check the little box in the top corner of that that says “sim clamp pressure” and change the setting to whatever you have your open hem as, for example for 24g steel we have our open hems set to .140. Also set “# of plies” on that same step to “2” to avoid getting a “too thick material” error. Last thing after that is just giving your desired bend angle.
