Sod flying a Neo over the Humber lol. It's a great drone for follow me mode walking/biking but garbage for any kind of flying. Several times when I've gone to use mine for tracking me when out biking on the trails it's all of a sudden had a mind of its own and started to just drift/fly off on its own. Luckily it's only been about 6 feet high so I've managed to chase after it and grab it but once in Scotland it just went off and I much like yourself just had to lower it with the controller so it hit a rock, luckily it hit the bottom on the battery and not the camera or it would have been trashed but shows how tough they're made. But I'm very weary when using the Neo I don't feel I can 100% trust it if you get me..
@AnotherTrucking Oh yes it is very poor in any kind of wind, I'm surprised it's even marketed with any kind of wind resistance tbh. Good vid BTW love it at Humber Bridge, I took my Mini 3 there a few months back. Hoping to take my new 4 there soon for a fly
It’s doesn’t fly at night or particularly low light due to sensors and won’t pick you up. Instructions and the software tell you this before you even start to fly it. I have it and it’s amazing.
@Alex-x4m9 Cheers, i think it flys amazing for what it is but definitely but not for learning acro,I push big and small drones to their limits so people are under no illusions buying them and personally so I know the actual capabilitys so I don't say I can do something and the drone fail me because I was pushing it. The Avata 2 was impressive when I was trying to get a shot of lightening and was sat in the low clouds and rain with wind warnings it got pummeled for at least 10 mins in the rain with no issues the neo has only had some light showers but I will try it no doubt at some point definitely a remarkable little thing the Neo everything I expected can't fault Dji really I consider all their drones just camera drones and not really what I'd call an fpv drone
Claramente el problema fue que el sensor de profundidad al ser de noche no funciono correctamente, no detectanda la diferencia de profundidad de donde lo despegasta a la orilla del agua

@mohamadizzul1178 i fly everything at night at some point but never had a flyaway because of it, it just didn't like the no gps and no light for the downward sensors so next time will make sure I takeoff in a light spot is my plan
Danke sehr interessant zu wissen!!!!
They shud call it the DJI Day😅

@ricmeister2011 yeah for sure, it has it's uses but a slight draft and i think you'd wave goodbye to it impressive battery time I thought

Nice, I was wondering if it could fly at night. But I guess it can not. It can only fly during daylight hours.
@RayRay-zc2ed you could fly it at night in manual but taking off in low light almost didn't work out too well for me

@@RayRay-zc2ed ua-cam.com/video/5LPKCbv7IFw/v-deo.htmlsi=vf6YltZqoWc8eKw0 that's the Avata 2 same spot & time as the Neo
