Getting Started using the Item Bar tutorial: www.seamless3d....
    Narration:
Nearly 4 years have passed since I uploaded 3.006 in September 2017, so I am delighted to announce Free Open Source Seamless3d 3.007 is officially ready for download.
So why did it take so long?
Without getting into all the details,
A major task was getting seamless script to compile into 64 bit machine code and another was getting seamless to render with OpenGL which frees it to render many more polygons and makes seamless much closer to being cross platform.
I have rewritten most of the nurbs auto stitching code to make seamless handle a wider range of scenarios, when experimenting with different structures in organic models. This rewrite delayed 3.007's completion by more than a year.
This new feature lets you add seamless branches very quickly to create a tree.
Perhaps the most noticeable new feature is this item bar for importing into a model or a scene. This with some pre-set items, makes seamless one of the easiest modellers for a beginner to build something.
    All you have to do:
is click on this item bar pre-set for 1 meter blocks, select the item, and click in the 3d window to add it.
I have kept all the items to simple geometrical shapes so that the art you create will feel like its your work but it's easy to create your own custom items like I have here and add them to an item bar, and you can create and add your own item bars too.

I wonder what I need to take to get such a relaxing voice in my vids, Thimey? Nice textures and garden anyway.
Here the year is not too nice for plants: Wet, too cold spring, summer and now nearly autumn. Brrr, only bell-chilis this year. :(

Thanks Hermie, because I often send my mother to sleep talking about Seamless3d, I wonder if I should be making ASMR videos lol. Sorry to hear you have been experiencing cold weather but at least now you are advancing towards the Summer unlike us here who have 3 months of chilly weather ahead of us to look forward to in a house not designed for the cold lol :) Sorry for my long delay replying.

Thanks for the update. I too am finding local inspiration. I’m digging my own wild clay and making a glaze using that clay, ash from pecan branches, and sintered chicken eggshells.

It has been a long time since I have worked with clay but I remember it being a lot of fun.

Thank you for your interest in Seamless3d PsychMandril. I would love for Seamless3d to be able to run on a Mac. Not owning a Mac presents a problem but I think this can be overcome.
I have invested a lot of time to make Seamless3d platform independent, but more work needs to be done before a complete version can run natively on Linux. When that is done, we should be very close to Seamless3d running on a Mac. The rapid advancement in AI technology should make this possible if there are mac users willing to compile the code and make test runs when I get to that level of independence in Seamless3d's code.
My current priority is to work on tutorials to establish a clear path for creating an animated model as sophisticated as Lucy but I hope to resume my work on making Seamless3d platform independent later this year.
I appreciate your patience and support. Please stay tuned for future updates!
      Best wishes
